This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten. I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.

The hotel is not far from Wanda Plaza and the subway entrance. It is just across a pedestrian bridge. It is well connected and has a good location. The room is large, well-equipped, clean and odorless. There are also small bread and yogurt for free when you check in. There are also many gym equipments in the hotel, and there are two table tennis tables for you to play at will, which is rare. The breakfast room is large and has many varieties. You can cook noodles and wontons on the spot, which tastes good! The service staff at the front desk, whether it is the young man on the first day or the young girl at check-out, are polite and considerate. Especially when checking out, because they knew that I booked it through Ctrip, they also specially sent a travel gift bag, which contained two bottles of mineral water and small bread, which was really thoughtful. A very satisfactory stay experience, I will choose to stay next time.

This hotel hosted the Little Shark fan meeting. I booked the room right away. When I got there, I worked very well with the sales lady Ivy. The front desk, sales and on-site staff were all great. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou.

During my stay at this brand new hotel I enjoyed the features that new building has to offer, such as comfy mattress, fresh furniture and ideally clean surfaces. Some issues usual for just opened hotels happened, but I have nothing to complain about, because hotel personnel fixed it immediately, and frankly speaking, did much more than I expected. I especially value that they care about my privacy, for example, they do cleaning only after contacting me. I'm impressed the level of service they provided. Also worth to mention, the breakfasts are the best here, even compared to other Mercure's hotel and location is convenient with subway line stop nearby.

The hotel is located in Building 5, Wanrong City, Gongshu District, Hangzhou. I needed to handle some business in Gongshu District early the next morning. I found this place on Dianping's 'must-stay' list, and since it was also the most affordable option, I decided to book it. The hotel's overall environment and layout were pretty decent. Breakfast is provided at the Kaiyuan Hotel, which is diagonally across the street. The room had a good selection of complimentary drinks, including mineral water, coconut water, and Coke, plus an eye mask.

The breakfast experience can be called: the freshly ordered soup noodles are called authentic by the locals, and the toppings are changed daily. There are also freshly baked croissants with seven kinds of jams, seasonal vegetable stir-fry, etc. This time I was completely impressed by Yifei's ”high-end but not expensive” hospitality philosophy.
