Honestly for my first hotel in China I was surprisingly pleased to see how clean the room was. The gym was a bit of a let down however everything else was pretty good.

It's great. There is a parking lot at the door, and you can just get an electronic parking ticket at the front desk. The self-service laundry room is good, with clothes drying racks and ironing machines after drying. The breakfast is very rich, including porridge, noodles, rice, soy milk, milk and vegetables. To be honest, this price isn't exactly cheap. I originally planned to stay a few more days, but I was a bit disappointed. On the first day of check-in, they mentioned a ”blue” room type. I had seen pictures of similar square rooms online, and they usually had sofas, but mine didn't. On the second day, I changed to a ”dark fragrance” room type and realized it was a different type. It seems everyone else got upgraded to have a sofa, which is a bit disappointing of the hotel. The soundproofing wasn't great either; if the tap was on, you could hear it clearly. I could hear it, but I don't know about others. Also, the cleaning was a bit perfunctory. The room was a little dirty on the first day, but I didn't say anything. I didn't care. On the second day, I changed rooms. I wasn't even sure if I'd noticed. When I left, I found two sunflower seed shells under the sofa, even though I hadn't eaten any that day. For a hotel costing a couple hundred yuan, I wouldn't mind a little dirt. But for a slightly more expensive hotel, why be so careless? It's a bit disappointing. And on the first day, he asked me if I needed any fruit. I was in a hurry to call and just blurted out, ”Whatever.” That was it. It's ridiculous. Some things should be given as a gift; it's someone's right, isn't it? Why ask? I originally planned to stay a few more days, but then I thought about it and decided to leave. It wasn't worth it. The room definitely had a renovation smell; it looked like it was renovated last year. I don't understand why it still smells like that. I also have another question: why did the room I stayed in later have drinks while the previous rooms didn't? Is this discrimination?

This is an InterContinental hotel. It's pretty good. I think it's cost-effective. The room is not big, but clean. The layout is OK. The mattress is comfortable. The air conditioner is cold enough, but the main unit is probably off at night, so it's hot. The bathroom is comfortable to take a shower, and the soundproofing is good. The breakfast in the morning is OK, but there are not enough varieties. Compared with Vienna, I would choose Holiday Inn for the price of 300 at Hanting. The service is good.
