Simple style but good details, especially good service, they even provide free laundry service! Originally self-service laundry, a family of three put dirty clothes in the basket in the morning and prepared to wash them in the evening, but they were already washed and folded when they came back in the afternoon!!! I have stayed in countless hotels at home and abroad for 20 years, many of which are expensive, but this is the first time I have enjoyed such service!! The key is that it is free!!

The hotel was fully booked for the two sessions, luckily I booked in advance. The lobby provides black tea and hot water. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can smell the familiar perfume of Four Points Sheraton, which is very nice. The hotel design is not cheap, but Four Points is now standardized, mainly combining dark green, porcelain white and log brown. 🏾0 seconds to see the customer group, it feels that most of them are the chosen workers of Hangzhou Internet companies, the overall quality of the customers is very high, the restaurant is not noisy, there are children but they are not noisy, there are probably not many people in the off-season, but there are a lot of people in the peak season.

We came to Hangzhou for a short family getaway during the summer holidays, having booked a 3-day, 2-night package. The riverside views are, of course, spectacular, and we were blessed with beautiful weather throughout our two-day stay. Looking out from the room, the clear blue skies and white clouds were truly invigorating. The hotel boasts new and well-maintained facilities. The gym, with its large glass windows, is perfect for working out while enjoying the scenic views. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Even though we stayed during the peak summer season with many vacationers and conference attendees, the staff efficiently helped us find suitable seating. Another convenient feature was the complimentary underground parking, with direct elevator access straight to the lobby. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

A fantastic hotel all way round! Its own description is totally spot on, on the amenities; a fantastic location at the CBD, a fantastic view of many parts of Hangzhou. Made a great impression on my first visit to the City and third time to China. Ample room and storage in the room, a studio space in essence. Has its own washing machine and small refrigerator and mini cook top and hood extractor in the room, with a mini stainless steel sink. Full length mirror and reasonable bathroom, and a sitting area. The location and food are superbly situated downstairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Face recognition entry downstairs and six elevators. A large shopping center across the hotel - that one won’t believe is there, you would thought it is a parking structure spanning across two or three city blocks! All capped by a fantastic value for money. It is the best value for money hotel I have stayed in China. Will come back again and again if the value stays.

We booked a family room for our trip with our family of three. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room on the 18th floor. However, perhaps due to the scorching heat outside, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. We requested a room change, and they handled it smoothly. The hotel also provided daily treats for the children, such as chicken nuggets, ice cream, and fruit platters. One minor issue was that the mini-fridge in the room wasn't cold enough, so drinks placed inside barely got chilled. Additionally, the head of the bed was positioned too close to the bathroom. On our first day, we noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. The hotel breakfast was quite varied and substantial; we particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared pork wontons. The hotel is quite a distance from the subway station, about a 15-minute walk. Given that our three days in Hangzhou were extremely hot, walking to the subway wasn't very convenient. Overall, the experience was decent.

This hotel boasts a very convenient location, being close to the metro station and right next to Kaiyuan Plaza. A major plus, especially during the hot summer, is the entirely indoor walkway from the subway, through Kaiyuan Plaza, and directly to the hotel, which is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The hotel environment is excellent, with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they even surprised me with a birthday cake when they found out it was my special day during check-in – a truly thoughtful gesture! The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. While the hotel is a bit far from West Lake, its close proximity to several museums makes it an excellent choice for summer travelers planning indoor excursions. Highly recommended!

The price is right, breakfast is included, it is close to the subway entrance, there are free fruits when you check in, and there is free Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator. It is better than staying in a loft apar**ent by the river. Several families have to stay in hotels when they travel. The loft apar**ent has one room per floor, and you have to scan your face when you check in. There is no breakfast.

It's pretty good to get into the hotel, and the lobby decoration is OK, but the elevator is too small, dim, and too slow. The room is not big, and there is no frame to hold the bath towel. The bathroom mat is yellow and the glass is still transparent, which is very embarrassing. There are no toiletries in the room. There is no reminder or reminder for check-in service. The phone still cannot be connected. I cannot dial the front desk when dialing. The lights are not on. I don’t know if it is broken or something.

Arrived at the hotel at around 8:00. The service was very good. They helped upgrade me to a zero-pressure king-size bed room. The room was very large. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The smart toilet and the quality of the toiletries were also good. The breakfast was a set meal contracted from outside. 20 yuan was not bad. The waiter was very friendly. Check-out could be later. Recommended for business trips
