Hotels in Xiaoshan Airport/Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Hangzhou

Booked this hotel as it is near airport with free airport shuttle. Reception counter is share lobby with Holiday Inn. A bit confused when arived. Thought is wrong drop off.Room is clean and spaces but floor is not carpeted. No minibar in the room eventhough it stated in description. There is local fast food under the hotel and tea shop just at the back.Surrounding is under construction for up coming mall. Short walk to metro line7 about 10min. Good to have free self service laundry with free detergent .Small gym. Only down side is WiFi and TV signal. Poor reception...hang on and off otherwise quite a pleasant stay.

The room environment exceeded my expectations. I chose this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. I thought it would be noisy because it was close to the airport, but I slept very well. The breakfast was not rich, but there were several dishes and I was very full. There was also a drop-off service. The hotel is very close to the airport and it takes only five minutes by car.

I recently enjoyed a staycation at Welcome hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing getaway with my friend. The location is perfect, just near the airport and the hotel’s facilities are perfect including their restaurant. They had a variety of food for breakfast. If you want to relax at the hotel just watching TV, they have the English version for movies free of charge. They allowed me and my friends to have a late checkout without paying extra fees. If you’re looking for a getaway, I highly recommend this hotel.

Room 5 is clean and tidy, the coffee and tea are great, and there is a small refrigerator. 6. Children's and adult publications are available for borrowing in the lobby on the first floor. I will definitely stay here when traveling on business or by plane in the future.

I stayed at this hotel by chance during a business trip to Hangzhou. I didn't expect it to be a treasure. In order to fly from Hangzhou to Yantai early in the morning, I specially found a hotel closest to the airport. I looked at the reviews of the Four Seasons on the Internet and it was pretty good. In addition, I had stayed in other Four Seasons before, so I thought I would stay here. The room I booked did not have a large window, only a small window. The facilities were quite complete, but the sound insulation was a little poor. There was also a shuttle bus in the morning that could take you to the airport for free, which saved passengers a lot of taxi fare. It was very thoughtful.

Unfortunately the flight was delayed, but they were still very friendly to pick us up even though it was already 3am! The next day, they even took me and my child to the nearby subway station. The service was really amazing!
