Hotels in Xiaoshan Airport/Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Hangzhou

Stayed overnight because I had an early morning flight and I live an hour away by line 19, I love the convenience of this hotel, it’s clean and super quiet. Alan helped me check in and he was efficient. The room was big , tidy and shower clean. The only problem was the hairdryer, it requires you to hold down the button for it to work, my hair is not very long but thick it is really inconvenient to hold it to dry it after washing and it heated up and needed a rest before going another round to dry my hair. I didn’t get to eat breakfast because I had to leave by 6 and didn’t have an appetite yet. There’s a seven eleven nearby and you can go to departures at terminal 4 to find food to eat. The terminal 4 is only a few steps away and you can take an escalator/ elevator up for check in. International travel takes about an hour to go through security + immigration.

Holiday Inn has not made us disappointed, the hotel room is quite new with one way complimentary airport shuttle service. The breakfast is good enough for the price. Staffs are friendly and just 4 mins walking distance to Metro station which is very convenient for transfer to High Speed Railway Station. There are nearly 10 midnight hawker stalls outside the hotel which are great to me as my flight arrived Hangzhou by midnight.

The hotel is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 4 at Xiaoshan Airport. Upon entering the lobby, guests are immediately captivated by its elegant ambiance. The soaring ceilings, complemented by sleek, well-designed chandeliers, create a grand yet inviting atmosphere with their interplay of light and shadow. A striking art installation in the center of the lobby subtly incorporates elements of Hangzhou's Jiangnan culture. Its silky lines and ink-wash tones create a harmonious blend, immediately immersing guests in the rich local heritage upon arrival. The guest rooms exemplify the perfect blend of comfort and practicality. Inside the spacious rooms, the plush, soft bedding invites you to unwind and instantly shake off the fatigue of travel. The views from the windows are also thoughtfully curated; some rooms offer direct views of the airport runway, providing an intriguing spectacle of planes taking off and landing like graceful silver birds. Others overlook a serene courtyard, where lush trees and vibrant flowers offer a peaceful escape, instantly shielding guests from the airport's hustle and bustle. The front desk service was exceptional; they even thoughtfully upgraded me to a more spacious room free of charge. Whether for a brief stopover or a longer respite, the hotel truly makes guests feel at home, adding a wonderful memory to any journey. I would definitely stay here again.

For business trips, I always choose the Radisson Hotel conveniently located by Terminal 4. The front desk staff, Xu Xu, provided exceptional service. She was extremely helpful, assisting me with booking the airport transfer for the following day, explaining all the necessary details clearly, and even reminding me of the pick-up time. Definitely worth a stay!

I arrived quite late at night, but the hotel’s airport shuttle was still available, which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. What I liked most is that the hotel provides breakfast, which is a nice bonus. Considering the price, it’s really great value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again next time! ✈️

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport and offers an airport transfer service. If you contact them in advance, they'll send you a template for necessary information: date, flight number, guest name, number of passengers, luggage count, etc. Upon arrival, just contact the front desk for pickup. For Terminal 3, it's recommended to go up one level and board from the lane outside Gate 13. During check-in, you can arrange your departure shuttle time for the next day. The hotel is closest to T4, and my transfer there was very smooth. The room was quite spacious. However, the beds in the twin room were not 1.35 meters wide, but closer to 1.2 meters. The bathroom featured a smart toilet. Breakfast is served on the seventh floor, offering a direct view of Loong Air aircraft. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for transportation. It's situated right at the Integrated Building Station for the free airport shuttle. Shuttles run every 10-20 minutes, with two different lines stopping here. You can take the shuttle to the terminal's subway station, which is served by three subway lines. From there, you also have easy access to the airport's passenger bus station and airport express lines to other cities. Overall, the hotel service was excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was modern and beautiful. Unfortunately, my neighbors were noisy, so I didn't sleep well. But overall, the hotel is great. However, I hope that some of the dust accumulated behind or on the sides of the bed, especially in the corners, can be removed. I would also like to testify that even though the cleaning lady cleaned the room and left, the carpet was still covered with yesterday's food crumbs. I hope this is taken care of 😊❤️But overall the room is well equipped and all the appliances work well. Worth a visit and stay.

Service: Yingying at the front desk was attentive and helpful, patiently answering questions. Facilities: For business travelers, location is king. The hotel elevator is located on the first floor below the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. It's two stops from the airport, making it incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. I loved the pillows and how comfortable they were. Ambient: The surroundings are wonderful, away from the hustle and bustle, and very quiet.

酒店服務前段時間因為工作出差杭州，入住了杭州大會展中心假日酒店，這段住宿經歷讓我特別滿意，一定要分享給大家。 剛到酒店門口，禮賓小哥就注意到我拖着行李，快步上前，穩穩接過行李，還特別熱情地跟我介紹酒店附近的好去處，一路把我送到前台。前台辦理入住的速度也很快，工作人員操作熟練，流程簡潔高效，沒幾分鐘就幫我辦好了，還貼心地告訴我早餐時間和酒店的一些服務細節，讓我心裏暖乎乎的。 酒店的地理位置絕佳，出門走幾步就能看到地鐵站，坐幾站就能直達西湖等熱門景點，打車去周邊的商圈也很便捷，不管是出行還是辦事都特別方便。 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得格外香甜。這次入住體驗真的很棒，下次來杭州，我肯定還選這兒！

The price is cheap, close to the airport, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the sanitary environment is very good, and the service is also very good. Suddenly I feel that I have been ripped off before. It is a good and economical hotel. I hope the Wyndham in the next city will be as good.
