Hotels in Fuyang Area, Hangzhou

Stay at the newest 24-story all-glass Hangzhou Fuyang Jingxin Junting Hotel, where the entire hotel has first-class decoration environment. The front desk and other waiters are very enthusiastic and polite. There is a desk in the room, which is convenient for using the computer and writing. There are fully automatic washing machines and dryers on the 24th floor, which can wash all the clothes in 1 hour, and there are exercise facilities next to the washing machines. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner containing essential oils, as well as shower gel for morning and evening, which smells delicious. The catering service is also very comprehensive, with a very rich variety of dishes, and there are private rooms of different sizes. There is a coffee bar and a book bar in the lobby downstairs where you can chat with friends. And sitting outside the lobby at night is also a nice experience. I am really satisfied with the room I booked on Ctrip this time. I will bring my friends here next time! 👍👍👍

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with complete facilities and a great environment. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. Both the front desk staff and the room service were very welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant manager was very friendly and proactively solicited guests' feedback. Excellent.

It was overall an alright stay, don’t expect Japanese standards. Apparently they had a soft opening period and just opened on April 15. You can see that things aren’t running so smoothly yet, trip.com shows that spa needs to be booked a day in advance, but on WeChat they said no reservations required and we can use anytime. The second day we wanted to use the spa our second time, and was told by a staff we couldn’t use it again, which we were confused about. Later other staff said we could. The spa itself had spectacular views, but the outdoor pool weirdly had half eaten and rotten apples floating around. After talking to the spa staff they said it was for aesthetic purposes and guests must have eaten them without knowing that. Worrying hygiene standards 😨 apart from that overall hygiene seems to be alright. All rooms have our own private courtyard so there are two doors, the main wooden door and then the glass door to our actual room. The main wooden door broke down twice - we couldn’t lock it (more like they didn’t fix the problem fully the first time), which wasted our time as we had to sit around to watch the maintenance staff fixing our door. Breakfast was okay but half the dishes were way too salty for my taste. Weird mix of “Western”, “Japanese” and Chinese dishes. Cheaper to buy on the spot (168 yuan as of today). Service was not up to the standard of a hotel of this price point. The staff welcoming us seems like she was reading from a script, we couldn’t hear half the time even after asking her to enunciate clearer twice. Felt like they were here to monitor us more than take care of us. Instead of “how may I help you?”, they actually responded “what’s wrong?” on two separate occasions. I don’t think this is acceptable! Some staff also do not greet guests properly.

The room is large and the service is very good. It is very suitable for business trips and tourism. It is next to the restaurant and entertainment center. It is very convenient. If the sun is good, the view is great.

The receptionist at the front desk has a very good attitude. The hotel facilities are complete and very considerate. Check-in is fast. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is big. The bathroom is clean. He takes the initiative to say hello. Parking is convenient. The parking lot is large. There is a self-service laundry on the eighth floor which is very convenient. , will continue to choose next time!

Regarding breakfast and laundry room. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a good view and can see the continuous mountains, which makes people feel good. Breakfast is not bad, the dishes change every day. Cantaloupe is very sweet. The self-service laundry room on the 7th floor is relatively simple, but it can be used for washing and drying. There are also hangers in the room, which is convenient overall.

We booked a standard room, with an open-style washbasin counter, smart robots, and our favorite lunch and dinner dishes were large bowls of noodles and fried rice. We also ordered steamed eggs with clams and millet cakes, two large and one small, which we couldn't finish. The hotel packed up the millet cakes for us. The wontons for breakfast were delicious, and the hotel also made its own ********* rice balls, which could be filled with more or less stuffing according to your needs. In addition, the hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient for travelers going to Hangzhou Wildlife Park.

Advantages: Close to the river, very close to the highway exit, convenient parking. Newly opened, the facilities are relatively new, and the lobby is very impressive. The staff service is very good, and the room type problem was solved quickly at the beginning. The room is large and soundproof. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is good. Disadvantages: The decoration smell is still very strong, and it gives me a headache if I don’t open the window at night. The cleaning is average, and there is a clear smell of urine in the toilet. The consumables are not replaced in time, and the lotion and shampoo are used up. It is called a river view room, but the river view is mostly blocked by the next door building.

The hotel lobby was cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay! Any requests I had for the front desk were promptly fulfilled. The breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)
