3-Star Hotels in Hangzhou

Hotel is on the right side of the HSR station, about 5-7 min walk on flat ground. Beddings are fairly comfortable, but cigarette smoke from other rooms in the hotel can be detected from the central aircon system. For this reason, i will not come back to this hotel again. The hotel does not have room service though there is an eatery next door serving chinese food and an outdoor cafe, and Luckin Coffee. Soundproofin is not ideal and when we asked for a quieter room, we were given ear plugs instead.

Perfect location, room was big and clean though there is no window, staffs are friendly. Overall a good stay and experience.

It's a little far from the station, but it's not cool and the hotel is clean The room is also quite large, so I'm satisfied that I can use it comfortably. It was quite soundproof and there were no noisy facilities around it, so I could sleep comfortably. If there's anything to be desired, there's no separate bathroom shower, and I booked it for two days, but he knocked on the door around 10 o'clock and asked if it was okay to clean the room, and he cleaned it. I'm glad I woke up and was working, but if I was sleeping and knocked on the door at 10 o'clock to clean up, it would have been unpleasant.

The transportation is convenient. You can get directly to the subway. There is a bus stop at the door. It is about 10 minutes' walk from Wulin Night Market. The West Lake is more than 2 kilometers away. It is quite comfortable to ride around at night. It is very convenient to go to Intime and National University. The room is clean and has no smell. , I live on the 5th floor. It’s very quiet. I can have a good rest on such a hot day. It’s great. I will choose this store next time I come to Hangzhou. It’s very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a very good location, near Exit H of West Lake Cultural Plaza on Metro Lines 1, 3, and 19, only 700 meters away from West Lake Cultural Plaza (Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Natural History Museum, Science and Technology Museum), and only a few hundred meters away from the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal attractions, which can be reached on foot; it is only a few stops away from Wulin Square, West Lake, and Hangzhou East Station by subway, which is very convenient and suitable for friends who come to Hangzhou. The hotel service is very good. I arrived on the morning of the 6th, and the front desk lady upgraded the room for free. The room is in very good condition, everything is brand new, and it meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay in this Vienna Hotel.

Very nice hotel with a very nice staff! The room was not that big but very very cozy. The position is very convenient, five minutes away from the metro station. Close to the hotel there are also a few bars where to have drinks at night. I would totally recommend it if staying in Hangzhou!

Very great location! There’s a night market right below the hotel and in just 20 minutes or so you can walk to west lake. Just hope the weather isn’t rainy…The room is also very nicely organized and the staff are extremely friendly!

This time I returned to China for two months, and took my mother to travel around China. I saw many people complaining about standing in the bathtub. In fact, I am quite used to it, because most families in the UK do this. As expected of the Overseas Chinese Hotel, the facilities are in place, and there is even a clothesline on the wall of the bathtub (when using it, you need to pull it to the opposite wall and put it in place). It feels like returning to my home in the UK. I didn't know how to use the shower faucet at first, and soon the floor attendant came to teach me. She was very friendly and found that there was something wrong with our bathroom lighting. She immediately called someone to fix it (the electrician who repaired it was very efficient). It was 10 o'clock in the evening, and it took less than ten minutes from calling someone to fixing it. The master worked hard. I lived in 408. I took a bath at night and the hot water came out after only five minutes, but it was not as long as the legend said that it took half an hour. Although it is not newly renovated, the solid wood furniture and leather seats are solid. The toilet is American Standard, and the hair dryer is original Braun, which reflects the quality of the hotel. The sanitation is good, the tables and chairs are spotless, and the quilts are clean. The hotel management service is very good. When we leave, we store our luggage and need to pick up the luggage with a receipt, which makes us feel very at ease. The location of the hotel is great, right by the West Lake, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is McDonald's and various restaurants downstairs. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the fifth floor, and the buffet breakfast is 20 yuan per person, which is very affordable. The two-night package I bought is 699, which feels really good value. The Grand Hyatt next door is also in the same location, but it costs more than 1,000 yuan per night. I will definitely stay here next time. The inconvenient part is that there are only two sofas in the lobby for guests to rest for free, which is really not enough. I hope the hotel can think of a solution.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is situated in a convenient location surrounded by many excellent food outlets. Metro is around 8 mins walk, and same to the West Lake and the shopping areas. The room is cleaned up every day but one minor problem we had was the cleaner threw our tooth brushes and facial towels away on our second day of stay. 😆

Great homestay. We stayed in the room with the garden which was very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the young girl and the reception who speaks a very good English and helped us finding a fantastic restaurant for lunch. Also, we appreciated the calm and relaxing location, surrounded by nature.
