The room was very smelly specially around the bed . we went to another hotel the next day , the hair dryer wasn’t working . Their customer service was good breakfast was also good . The location is close to many good places .

The hotel is in a great location and the front desk staff are very polite. However, when I checked into the room, I opened the sink faucet and found a lot of rust, which affected my stay. Later, the front desk staff helped me change the room.

The room service is average. I am an Atour Gold member, but the service attitude is cold. The room service is too poor. There is a water leak in the bathroom. I almost slipped. As a Gold Card member, I was promised to consult the courier the next day, but there was no feedback at all!

Helped to upgrade the room, breakfast variety is also good, the front desk service attitude is very good, the lobby has a fragrance, very good smell, the room is clean and odorless, the room smells clear, sanitary and clean, no odor, the smell is good, the bedding is good, the quilt smells fragrant, the air is not good, there is a small gift when leaving the hotel, very good!

During this stay, I suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis in the middle of the night. During that time, many staff members came to my home to care for me. After dawn, the store manager and the front desk lady Zhou Zhou accompanied me to the hospital emergency room for treatment. The whole process was very warm and professional. They helped me register and find a doctor to observe my condition, took me for blood tests, asked questions and got test reports, which made me feel the warmth and team quality of Atour x in Hangzhou. The next day, they were still concerned about my physical condition and delivered breakfast to me, which made a broken little girl feel the friendliness from strangers. In the future, Atour will be my first choice for business travel. The stay experience was perfect. Thanks to everyone who helped me on this trip!

The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner has no cold air, only hot air. The reason is that it is central air conditioning. Then you have to open the windows at night and wait for the temperature outside to drop before you can fall asleep. However, when the windows are opened, there will be the sound of vehicles on the road outside, plus there are strange noises in the room, so the sleeping environment is not very good. Also, the toilet door handle is broken, and the water pressure of the faucet and shower head is very high. The only thing I can praise is the bedding of Atour and the rich breakfast in the morning.
