A very nice and quite place situated in the mountains. The villas are clean and spacious, the views are beautiful. The staff are nice and friendly, but they could do with a bit of English. For coffee lovers, this place doesn’t offer any options.

Food is amazing. Hot springs is greatest thing in winter. My parents liked it very much!

The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel manager helped me plan my proposal, assisting me with a photographer and an ice bucket. The hotsprings was nice and the quick golf experience was fun. The bar had nice drinks but I wasnt impressed with the cold pizza we got.

Great place to relax, nice room with mountain view. Has some pool and pingpong tables at your disposal in the lobby. We came on a weekday and had all hot springs to ourselves. Sound yoga was interesting too.

The resort is gorgeous; we had the Mountain View suite. Liu Qinghua was available to answer and guide us all the way. We will be coming back with more friends and lovely service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I need to write this review cause it was the best place in China I have ever been! Hotel is AMAZING! Workers in the hotel are friendly and educated! Hot spring and all places are awesome!!!! Hotel structure is fabulous!!! I will go back for sure and recommend to many friends! ♥️

It’s amazing

We went for the infinity pool, with its mountain and water views. The location is nice, but I had to drive to find my room. Even the navigation system couldn't find it, and I had to ask the staff along the way. The only downside is that everything within the resort requires a shuttle bus, which is a long wait. When the bus arrives, you have to ask the driver if it's on your way; if it isn't, you won't be given a seat. There's no one to maintain order, and when it's crowded, there's always scrambling for a seat, sometimes even arguments. For food, we chose the à la carte Chinese restaurant, which cost over 700 yuan. The next day, we went to the pet park, but there were only a few sheep and sika deer, and a bag of carrots cost 20 yuan. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and it's worth just experiencing.

I stumbled upon this accommodation while searching on Trip.com. I was contemplating booking, but the reviews were so starkly negative that I hesitated to book. However, I decided to give it a try! Once I arrived at the lobby, all my doubts and concerns were put to rest. Let me summarize my impressions. 1) Check-in: My Chinese isn't very good, so I requested an English check-in, and someone who spoke English helped me check in. (Ms. Xiao Ping) 2) Room cleanliness: There was absolutely no mold or bugs. Overall, it was well-organized and didn't smell bad. However, it felt a bit damp, so I recommend turning the air conditioning up high after check-in. 3) Infrastructure (Pool): The main pool, called SIMUTANG, is located in the middle of the resort. There aren't many sunbeds, but the showers and restrooms are very clean. The pool also sells three kinds of beer, a staple of any vacation (no draft beer). Kids' snacks are sausages and takoyaki! 4) Infrastructure (Restaurants): There are two restaurants for breakfast and two for dinner. The breakfast restaurant also offers a buffet in the evening. Since most of the food is Chinese, you might crave other dishes if you stay longer. (I started feeling a bit overwhelmed on the fourth day of my 4-night, 5-day stay.) There aren't any other restaurants nearby, so please keep that in mind! (Delivery service only offers skewers.) 5) Parking: Each room has its own parking lot! 6) Getting around the complex: You can call a cart and it will pick you up in front of your room, or you can share a cart with a passing one! 7) Things to do: In addition to the swimming pool, there's a zoo, arcade, kids' cafe, and golf practice range. The golf practice range isn't maintained and is overgrown with weeds. It appears to be about 150 yards long. There are no rental clubs, so you'll need to bring your own! 8) Service: Ms. Xiaobian (the front desk staff) added me on WeChat and provided assistance with any needs during my stay! 9) Location: It's difficult to get to without a car. There are few other facilities or restaurants nearby. You'll have to do everything within the resort! I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but I highly recommend it. I'm writing this with great care for Koreans who might be considering this option! (* The room type listed as having 2 bedrooms actually has 2 bedrooms + 1 bunk bed, for a total of 3 beds! 2 bedrooms + 2 showers & 2 bathrooms + 1 bunk bed)

Staying at this mountain hotel is like entering an outdoor paradise. Strolling along the hotel's path in the rain, you feel like you're in a fairyland on earth, surrounded by mist and fresh air. Sitting in the hotel shuttle, the security driver enthusiastically explained the hotel's distinctive room types, food, and itineraries in each area. The newly launched water rafting program this summer is especially suitable for families to enjoy together, and is highly recommended.

Facilities: The room facilities are complete. I did some research and saw that there was a kitchen and kitchenware, so I bought some ingredients to cook. There is also a hot spring bath on the balcony! Environment: I saw a lot of flowers, plants and small animals along the way. The environment is really amazing Hot Spring♨️: The holy place for online movies is the Mountain View Hot Spring, which has a super atmosphere.
