Good pool… good surroundings for family… beach front resort with family facilities…

A great hotel by the sea. We booked the hotel primarily for the private beach and lovely pool, which did not disappoint. The hotel is comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and welcoming. A little dark due to wooden decor、 but nice all the same. Breakfast could be improved with some more decent western options.

Disappointed, I was travel last week to bring my relative from abroad to relax there, but we are so unenjoyable, the facilities not renovation and in my room have Cockroach that make me so uncomfortable. And the beach is not clean anymore, especially the atmosphere is bad smell from sea.

Great hotel and great location. The staff was friendly. The pool area abd beach was well maintained.

The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

We stayed here for 5 nights as we wanted a relaxing beach holiday. Sokha Resort gives you just that. The staff are very friendly, the drinks and food were superb and the pool and private beach were perfect. The breakfast selection is ok and some parts of the room could be upgraded- but not a dealbreaker. Have fun!

Room was dark, bathroom even more dark. Terrible wifi. 2 of my food orders had to cancel…. They said they understand my orders…. But, what came was not even what we agreed upon…… Avoid this hotel at all costs !!

Have many trash on the beach. The sea water is so dirty / murky. It can relaxed or enjoy with beach.
