It was a great experience and I would highly recommend to everyone if they are staying in Hangzhou !

Close to train station, decent room with view of river. The manager (sorry that I forgot her name) of the reception was very helpful. Didn't have breakfast as we left early for the train.

Very nice and new modern hotel. Reception staff wore beautiful uniforms.

Counter staff was attentive to our needs. Must mentioned that the doorman gave us shelter during the rain and unloaded our heavy luggages from the car without being told. Tea was served to us at the reception counter and every detailed explained to us when we checked in. The breakfast spread was great and food was in abundance. The location was right in front of the metro exit which is a huge plus point. The room was spacious and every piece of furniture was well thought out during space planning I will definitely stay in this hotel again

Ideal location, Excellent service, Cleanliness

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

Bedroom is spacious. Bathroom is cool. Cleanliness is good. Location is good. Very convenient to walk around that area. Hotel is very near to the raffles tower.

[Service details are great] I stayed in many hotels during my trip to Jiangnan, but this one made me feel the most comfortable! It is very close to Hangzhou East Station and the surrounding environment is very quiet. The employees are friendly and the managers are very professional. The lobby decoration is quite stylish, the room space is comfortable, and the window overlooks the green trees. I was surprised to find Wang Xufeng's books in the room, and my memory entered the time tunnel in an instant... It is worth praising that the bathroom has a countertop for guests to put private bathing items and a device for drying clothes. From the brightness of the hardware, it can be said that the hygiene is super awesome. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, especially the corn egg soup, scrambled eggs and seasonal vegetable salad are very colorful. There are also many choices for dinner, the taste is good, and the key price is not expensive. In a city, there are thousands of hotels of all kinds, and mid-to-high-end hotels are never short of hardware luxury, but I prefer the soft service "always being paid attention to, never being disturbed" that kind of drizzle and silent feeling, Kaiyuan Mingting East Station Store has done it! I will come again if I have the chance, and it is worth recommending to friends!
