Very friendly owner. Also skilled in taking beneficial pictures. The condition of the whole property and overall accomodation do not encourage to lengthen once' stay in this place.

The room was ok for 1 night. Location perfect for east railway station. The receptionist don't speak english. The signs of the hotel only in Chinese. I had help not sure if I could find myself.

Worth the price paid. Clean and hygiene is acceptable. Next to the east speed railway station. But some food outlets selling food prices are quite expensive.

The high-speed rail station is just a few hundred meters from the west square of Hangzhou East Railway Station, making it very convenient for passengers to board and alight. The hotel is well located for trains departing from Hangzhou East Station. Convenient with plenty of shops nearby and quite clean. The room wasn't very large but adequate. No problems at all!

I booked online successfully, rushed to the hotel at midnight, and upon arrival, I was told they had no rooms available. (I guess they'd just sold the room they'd already booked offline at a higher price. In short, they're dishonest, and I could complain to the platform about this.) I was moved to another hotel, and the room they assigned was awful. The shower head wasn't even installed, the quilt was damp, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room was even smaller. I always stay at Hejie Hotel when I go to Hangzhou because it's convenient for train travel. This time, they arranged for me to stay at Zijie Hotel, which is just across the street, saying that guests extending their stays couldn't change rooms. I don't understand why they wouldn't let me stay when I booked several days in advance. Did I book too cheaply and the hotel lost money?
