Spotless! Fabulous stylish apartments with a hint of traditional old Chinese accents in the room. Absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable large beds, huge windows and fabulous views over the modern Hangzhou. Very polite and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. All you need to make your stay comfortable and stressless. Definitely highly recommend!

Service was great staff was very helpful. Room was quiet upper floor unit that had a great city view. Will be back again

The front desk butler is very enthusiastic, take-out meals are delivered to the door, the ceiling is high and you can see the Qiantang River, the room is large, the living room and bedroom are separated, the sound insulation is good, the shower system is complete, there is a bathtub, the washroom is very large and there is an independent washing machine. The overall experience is very good, highly recommended!

There should also be a riverside with good scenery nearby. It is in the same building as Grand Hyatt, with security lobby service. It is an old-style apartment, which is similar to the feeling of living in a hotel apartment in Beijing Oriental New World. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Hangzhou East Station. Facilities: large bed, large bathtub, refrigerator, washing machine, toto toilet, writing desk are all good, the sofa is slightly small, the TV is relatively old, but it can be ignored, and other equipment is more attentive. I had a good sleep and rest. The surprise is that there is also a very comfortable bamboo slippers🩴 Service: Front desk butler, takeaway can be delivered to the door, flexible service, and some requests are also very nice

The hotel service is very good. The environment is great and the facilities are complete. It is just a few minutes downstairs to Mixc and Raffles. There are a full range of food and drinks. It is also close to the CBD City Balcony. It is great to go to the 52nd floor of Raffles at night to drink and watch the night view. It is very relaxing. Facilities: microwave oven, washing machine, everything is available Hygiene: very clean and spacious Service: very considerate service

The environment is OK, the service is very enthusiastic, but the inspection of some infrastructure needs to be strengthened. For example, the wires of the bedside table lamp socket are exposed, and the wires are put away but not plugged in. I'm not sure if they planned to replace it but forgot to take it away. Fortunately, it does not affect the check-in and room lighting!

The room is big but the lighting is dim. The location is good and there are good facilities nearby, such as Wanyincheng for spa and MixC for food. I only had 5 days to play, but it rained heavily on the last day so my flight was delayed. The housekeeper service is in place, with WeChat support. However, I didn't know how to use the smart home appliance system during my short stay of 2 days, and I didn't see any gifts, but there was some nice tea to drink. I washed a whole machine of clothes. I'm quite picky about cleanliness and have a mysophobia, so the mold on the bathroom floor deducted some points.

The room is nice and big, with good facilities. I went to the front desk twice and both guys had sullen faces. You might think he was wrong, but it seems that he wasn't. However, this is not how the service in a star hotel should be. It's really not as warm and welcoming as the cleaning lady upstairs. The gym and swimming pool are nice. Overall it is worth recommending.
