I originally wanted to give a negative review, but Ctrip's customer service was quite good, and after the issue was resolved, my stay was trouble-free, so I ultimately gave it a positive review. I booked a one-bedroom suite at this hotel, but was told on check-in day that the pool would be closed during the National Day holiday. I was traveling with my children for the holiday specifically to swim. After unsuccessful negotiations with the front desk, I called Ctrip customer service, who helped arrange a slightly smaller, different room at the Hangzhou Marriott Executive Suites, about 1 kilometer away, at a similar price. Considering that check-in was already at 8:00 PM, I didn't mind. Subsequent reviews are actually about the Hangzhou Marriott Executive Apartments: The room was well-equipped, with a washer and dryer included, making it very convenient for children. The pool was clean and uncrowded. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items. The hotel has dedicated underground parking. The hotel is 500 meters from Metro Lines 19 and 5, making it a 40-minute subway ride to the city center.

Staying in Yuhang during the National Day holiday was a great idea. It's less crowded, more spacious, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, and high-rise buildings, making it incredibly convenient. The spacious 90-square-meter room has two bathrooms, and each room has a TV, washing machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. On hot days, you can walk directly through the shopping mall, which has a variety of delicious food and is very convenient for dining. Other tips: The lobby is on the second floor, and there's a ramp for the car to get up. The driver had a hard time finding it when we first arrived. Later, we took a taxi from the first floor, which was more spacious and easier to find.

The environment is great. The cleaning staff, security, and front desk are available 24/7. Communication was seamless. The furniture, tableware, and kitchenware were all very convenient. The room and bathroom were also spacious. During my 9-day stay, I felt completely at ease.

The hotel lobby is on the second floor. The rooms are well-equipped and the surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. Daisy and Helena at the front desk were warm and attentive. The breakfast variety was a bit limited. Overall, it was very good. The only drawbacks were that the quilt was too thick and the TV was too small.
