Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Hangzhou

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

A very nicely located hotel near Hangzhou East. I would say the few problems I noted is a poor air conditioning, but the worst was the elevator which you could wait several minutes. There’s a problem with the programming.

The location is excellent for people coming to Hangzhou to attend sports event in Huanglong Sports Center .The service of the staff is excellent in front desk and rooms , the staff will try their best in giving information and whatever if is possible that the hotel can offer such as late check out for those having late flights .

The hotel staff is very friendly and listens to guests' requests and provides free upgrades. The soundproofing is very good, and the noise outside is almost inaudible. It is very quiet. The mattress is very comfortable and I slept soundly. The hotel is just next to Xingmin Subway Station on Line 6, and is an ideal hotel for concerts. Downstairs is the commercial district, with many restaurants, which is very suitable for eating and drinking. Great, great, great

A little isolated from the metro and building work nearby, but it was fine for 1 night… lovely staff (Belle’s english is excellent) and very very clean room

We had a great stay at this hotel! It has a great location near a walking street and some other famous places. It was a nice and quiet night that made it relaxing to sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was average and it was okay to try it the first time but the second day, we ate outside. Note: It’s actually cheaper to buy the breakfast in person than on the Trip.com app. At first, I decided not to pay online and then found out the price when we arrived wasn’t much. 😊

This hotel is located very close to the metro. The check in was very smooth. Ms Zoe at the reception was very kind and super helpful. She even upgraded my breakfast to the Holiday Inn breakfast which was a lavish spread compared to the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The property was clean. The room was spacious. Good amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time. Again a special mention to Ms Zoey for making my stay comfortable. House keeping staff was also kind to give me extra bottles of water.

Very like the room and the hotel in general. It’s very close to the airport, very convenient for short layovers when you want to take a breath and shower. Was a shuttle service back and forth it’s definitely five stars. The only thing I consider is lunch and food outside. It’s not very much to choose from, especially outside. Definitely highly recommended.

The room is small, the bed is 1.5 meters, and the bedding is generally not very comfortable. The equipment and facilities are relatively new, the hair dryer and toilet are all new. The shower water in the bathroom is also large enough, and the hot water comes out quickly. The room window faces the office building, which is a bit depressing. I have to complain that the breakfast is really not enough. I don’t know if there is a team. There is basically nothing to eat for breakfast between 9-10 o’clock. The food can’t keep up with the supply, and the coffee machine is broken. The tableware can’t keep up.

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。
