"I hesitate to write this review as I feel like I know a best kept secret. The Victoria Inn is such a special place. Our daughter was married in the Pavilion in 2017 - we rented the entire Inn for the wedding party. My husband and I have returned every year since. Many visits in the off season we have the Inn to ourselves. We love the charm and comfort of the Inn. It is always such a special experience. The property is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate with the most comfortable beds. Truly a delightful place to spend a few days or a few weeks."

"The staff were very nice and friendly. However, the town/property were not family friendly. We booked this hotel as a stop on our way home from Maine to PA. I don’t like to give negative reviews. However, I can’t let this happen to another family. We have teenagers. It would have been even worse if we had young children. If you are not there to party/drink (which is fine!!), do not go there. The bar across the street went strong until 1:30/2:00am. Around 12:00am a man tried to get into our room, leading our oldest to spring out of bed and barricade the door. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I do not want to completely destroy this hotel. The young people in the office, who I’m going to guess are the owners, were very nice and I believe trying their best. But this town/hotel….we ended up leaving at 3am and not looking back."
