The positives to start; Its in a great location, the room was lovely, facilities good and the sunrise was breath-taking but this was all over shadowed by our experience when we arrived jetlagged at 11pm off a long haul flight and were stood in the dark and cold not being able to get into our room! I am a travel agent and after booking, as normal, I contacted the inn to confirm my booking and to let them know we would be arriving late, they assured me by email, this would be no problem as a code would be emailed the day before we arrived. We didn't receive the email or the promised codes despite me sending a chasing email the morning of our day of arrival. When we arrived into Boston from the UK at 9.30pm having not had a response to my email, I called the number supplied and the advisor assured me that late arrival was no problem there would be someone there to meet us at 11pm. There wasn't and because we didn't have an esim with calls the local MacDonald's manager kindly let me use his phone to call again at 11.15pm, I was grateful that someone answered and we were given a code, which was incorrect, so another trip to MacDonald's and another call made which gave us the right code. We finally made it inro the room after midnight which was a total relief as we really thought we would be sleeping in our car! We unfortunately left before the office opened in the morning, so were unable to follow this up so I sent an email to provide some feedback on our experience and a week later I have had no response hence this review. I would have loved to recommend this hotel to my clients but unfortunately can't risk the same happening to them.
