"There were incredibly noisy guests until 4.15 am. I contacted management but nothing was done hence a sleepless and stressful night. I am a regular user of Bella Vista, but no longer in Hamilton. The sound insulation between top and bottom floors is incredibly poor."

"I came here on a solo trip, but I think it's worth the price! The shower and toilet were clean despite being old, and I was very impressed. The location is close to the city center, and there's a Pakinsave nearby, so you can cook your own meals. However, the beds seem to be quite worn out, with handles coming off, and worst of all, the futons smelled really bad, probably because they hadn't been washed. If you can overlook that, it's totally fine."

"Just book it, they'll book it and then not say a word. Facilities: The decor is from the 1980s, very old. Cleanliness: This room was full of all sorts of little creatures—spider, fly, long-legged spider—and the tap water had an odor; it's hard to believe it was filtered. Service: Didn't have a chance to experience it."
