Nice experience

One of the cheapest hotels in Ha Long, but quite decent. Large rooms, huge comfortable beds, clean, everything is there, a lot of furniture, cozy. Well located air conditioning, beautiful blinds. There are many bars and restaurants near the hotel, but it was not noisy. We slept very well. The only negative was the minibar, which was hardly cold. Service is fast, no problems. The buffet in the restaurant has a small selection of dishes, but it is filling and tasty, with a lot of fruit. The location of the hotel is midway between the center and the port. If you don’t have a car, 7-10 km only by taxi. There is no beach holiday in Ha Long: the sea is very dirty, mountains of garbage are everywhere.

Okay, the food is okay

Reasonable price, close to the center, clean room, just missing a razor is fine. The refrigerator is not cool😌

This kind of hotel should be used by tourist groups. It has a bit of a Chinese hotel feel.

A very fresh approach to luxurious standards in amenities, very comfortable rooms, well designed FB outlets and the Amara Spa which is out of this world , very unique in design and settings. Impeccable service by staffs. Overall excellent I would say. Will be back to stay there again in the near future.

What a wonderful hotel. The general manager made sure that alo our needs were met. We had a couple of complicated excursions to make and he and the activities Director name Trầng , really took the time to make sure we were taken care of! All the staff was so friendly… And the food was beautiful, and delicious! We will be back again!
