Lovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then. BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online. The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully.

The location and view is great. The room is very clean and well maintained. The beds are a bit on the harder side though.

Nice and clean Japanese style hotel. Good shuttle connectivity to various ski resorts, however need to hop on a taxi to restaurants/vibe.

The overall environment is good. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with many choices. It is recommended to drive your own car for convenience. Go snowmobile

Very cozy hotel, very clean, suitable for family travel. The buffet dinner is great, the hot spring is great. The front desk service is very patient. There is a car to pick up and drop off at the ski resort. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is very good, with a good location, close to Snow Peak, and the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the ski resort. Breakfast and dinner are very good, there are free hot springs to soak in, the experience is very good

The lock was hard to open. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom amenities were well stocked.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s very cost-effective. It includes pick-up and drop-off from Hakuba Station, breakfast and dinner, hot springs, and pick-up to other ski resorts! The dinner was delicious and sumptuous! The stream next to the hotel is also beautiful

The hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the bus terminal and train station.

The food is delicious and I use it every year. On a sunny day, the view from the room is spectacular, making this a very satisfying hotel.

Top location! Grand view of Hakuba main three mountains, Mt. Shirouma (Hakuba), Mt. Shakushi, and Mt. Hakubayari. These mountains are available to watch from this hotel's main bathrooms. Morning buffet is prepared with full of local cuisine in both Japanese and western styles. All rooms are fully equipped for self-cooking in case of long stay. Highly recommended for long stay inbound visitors!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for the purpose of mountain climbing in Hakuba. The food buffet had many varieties and was delicious. It was easy to go to a restaurant and eat in my yukata and slippers. The view from the room is also good (I stayed on the 5th floor, the top floor). The open-air hot spring bath also feels great (though it's only large enough for 3 people). The room has a small kitchen and microwave, which seems convenient for long-term stays (I didn't use it for two nights this time). The hotel was clean and not too big in a good way, and there were lots of beautiful flowers at the entrance, giving it a relaxing atmosphere like a Swiss mountain hut. It was very good.

Stayed with a friend for Happo-one mountain climbing. It's just a 10 minute walk from Hakuba Station. There are footbaths along the way, so please be sure to stop by. All the staff members were veterans and responded efficiently. I also appreciate that there is a shuttle bus to the main attractions in front of the hotel. The room has a kitchen and microwave. I didn't use it, but it's great for long-term stays. The hair dryer in the room has a very weak air flow, so be careful if you have long hair. It was also nice to be able to see outside through the large windows. Although the hot spring was small, there was an open-air bath, so I was able to relax. The buffet was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Many of the dishes were vegetable-based and had mild flavors, so I couldn't help but eat too much and ended up feeling full. This is a hotel that I would like to use again when I go to Hakuba.

The day we arrived it was cloudy...the next morning it was foggy...unfortunately we couldn't get a great view from our room. A panoramic view of the Northern Alps! I chose this hotel because of the photo, so I was disappointed, but the room was spacious and I was able to relax. Dinner had a wide selection of items and I was excited by the amount of sweets. As a countermeasure against the coronavirus, you will be asked for meal times at check-in, so you can rest assured that the restaurant will not be crowded. The next morning, we checked out early and headed to Iwatake Mountain Resort. This was a spectacular view of the sea of ​​clouds.
