The room size was adequate for our needs, providing enough space to move around comfortably. However, the combined bathroom and toilet were a bit on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some travelers. The breakfast offered could definitely use some improvement. It was quite repetitive with not much variation from day to day. A bit more variety would make the dining experience better. We skied at Hakuba 47 and were pleased with the convenience of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle operated at designated times, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would return.

During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Hotel location is easy to find and ample parking spaces Stayed for two nights and enjoyed breakfast for two days. The food types on both days were slightly different and tasted good. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor rooms. My wife said that the outdoor hot springs at the female hot springs only had one-third of the spring water on both nights. I don’t know why. Next time I go skiing in Hakuba, I will consider this hotel as my first choice.

The Onsen is good. The only downside is wearing the in house Japanese yukata is prohibited in restaurants and some area. It is not that convenient to change clothing back and forth.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s very cost-effective. It includes pick-up and drop-off from Hakuba Station, breakfast and dinner, hot springs, and pick-up to other ski resorts! The dinner was delicious and sumptuous! The stream next to the hotel is also beautiful

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. It looks like a hotel for skiers, but I was a little surprised to see so many people using it even in the summer. The surrounding hotels looked just like I had imagined since it was summer. The gondola station is nearby and you can walk there. There are discount tickets for gondolas, so if you buy them here, you'll save money.

The breakfast buffet is delicious, there are two public hot springs, one private bath, private bath must be reserved in advance, reservation is half price in the morning, it is very cheap, only a few hundred yen, there are shuttle buses to jr or bus stations, Daily scheduled pickup and drop off at the ski resort

Treasure Hotel, the owner and his wife are very good, basically meet all the requirements (including snow field pick-up and early use of hot springs), the hotel layout is very warm, many small details make people feel very warm, including the free massage chair after soaking in the hot spring, and free popsicles are provided, It’s not far to go to the snow field. You can let the boss drive it. It’s a great experience to drive for a minute.

Ideal location. The rooms in the main building have bathrooms. The rooms are large. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is wifi. Parking is convenient. However, the drying room does not have much drying effect. The room has heating. The hotel is actually very good in all aspects. High cost performance. You can choose to add some small purse breakfast. Because I went skiing early in the morning, I had to add it. It is a Japanese breakfast. Don't expect too much in style.
