The room size was adequate for our needs, providing enough space to move around comfortably. However, the combined bathroom and toilet were a bit on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some travelers. The breakfast offered could definitely use some improvement. It was quite repetitive with not much variation from day to day. A bit more variety would make the dining experience better. We skied at Hakuba 47 and were pleased with the convenience of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle operated at designated times, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would return.

During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. The Onsen is good. The only downside is wearing the in house Japanese yukata is prohibited in restaurants and some area. It is not that convenient to change clothing back and forth.

It's called ski in & out but the cable car was not open when I went there. Fortunately, the ski school and another cable car are just a few minutes' walk away. The staff are very friendly. The girl who speaks Chinese and the uncle who drives are very friendly. The whole accommodation experience is good. The breakfast is simple but filling. Dinner is usually a small hot pot and a buffet similar to breakfast. There are too few beverages. At least there is milk and coffee for breakfast, but there is only green tea and water for dinner

What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. The room should be considered large in Baima Village. It is very comfortable for a family to live in. The overall style is very retro. It can be seen that the traditional style is deliberately retained. The breakfast is simple. The only inconvenient thing is that you have to climb stairs. There is no elevator. The guest room is on the second floor. On the first floor, the front desk took the initiative to help carry luggage. The snowboards were stored in a drying room similar to the basement, so it was inconvenient to carry the snowboards.

Treasure Hotel, the owner and his wife are very good, basically meet all the requirements (including snow field pick-up and early use of hot springs), the hotel layout is very warm, many small details make people feel very warm, including the free massage chair after soaking in the hot spring, and free popsicles are provided, It’s not far to go to the snow field. You can let the boss drive it. It’s a great experience to drive for a minute.

On the photo in the booking system the room looked much more beautiful than it was in reality, so the first impression is disappointment. We booked a two-bedroom room. The cost of staying was about $200 a day for two. In our view, this room is expensive. The room is very tired. Administrator Joanne is friendly, ready to help and answer questions. We were provided with a free transfer from the bus station to the hotel and back. In general, the driver of the hotel always took someone somewhere. To the nearest lift and restaurants probably. We have not used the hotel to lift. A forest path can be reached in about 5 minutes to the ski slope of the Happo one resort. The free shuttle to the lifts of the Hakuba 48 and Gory resorts is very close. You can get to the bus station and shop in about 30 minutes. There is an onsen in the hotel. Breakfast was included in the cost of accommodation. Normal in general. But the dining room is cold.
