The room is old, but the view is great. The windows are not closed tightly and insects can get in easily, but I am satisfied with it overall. For dining, I only tried the buffet restaurant, which is not very cost-effective, but it has a wide variety of options and is still recommended. I will stay there again in the future.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Ashi. You can see Mount Fuji from the lake view rooms (if the weather is good). The environment is great, but it is inconvenient to get around. You can only take the bus. There are no taxis in the whole Hakone, and there are few bus stops and few buses. The hotel has three restaurants, but not many options. You will get tired of eating there in two or three days. There are several restaurants near the hotel, but they all close at 15:00... Overall, it is suitable for bringing parents to relax and take a bath.

I came here for the second time. The environment is very good! The hotel meals are too expensive. I suggest going to the 711 or Lawson in the town next to it to buy some breakfast. The hot springs are very comfortable and can be soaked in the morning and evening. The bus to Odawara is also free. It is recommended to call the hotel directly to make a reservation. There is Chinese service.

The room is big, and I chose a lake view room with beautiful scenery. The hotel has a shuttle bus from Odawara Station. The shuttle bus stops under the equestrian statue in the West Plaza, which is easy to find. After arriving at the hotel, there is Chinese service. There is also a bus to Moto-Hakone, which departs on the hour, and the last one should be 19:00. There is a trail to Kuzuryu Shrine next to the hotel, and it is very comfortable to take a walk in the morning. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around. If you don't eat at the hotel, you need to prepare instant noodles in advance.

The hotel is very satisfactory, far exceeding expectations. It is very high-end and feels like a palace. The room is large and comfortable. I booked the hotel's Japanese dinner, which was very high-end and delicious. The scenery outside the window is also beautiful, right by the lake. The hotel's hot spring is also very comfortable. It was a very satisfying experience.
