The place looks like the pictures.
It’s about 20 mins away by bus from the hakoneyumoto station.
We used the baggage delivery service at the train station (1000 yen per piece for regular size baggage) and when we checked in, our bags were in the room already.
The staff is very nice and helpful. We’re thankful for the shuttle to the nearby bus station.
The food is great. The onsen is very relaxing.
We had a great time at this place.
Definitely will stay again when I visit Hakone.

酒店好隱蔽同埋空間好大好寧靜 好友避世嘅感覺
服務好好識講英文溝通 懷石料理一般，如果沒有接觸過很多懷石了，你應該係一個幾好嘅嘗試，但係如果食得太多其他款嘅話會覺得佢有啲普通 但係炸無花果同牛肉係好吃。
唔滿意嘅係浴室全木包括溫泉浴缸，會見到好多發黑發霉嘅情況

這個酒店住着很舒服，又很大，家庭房有3張床，一點也不擁擠，酒店環境也不錯，兩天的早飯都是不一樣的，還是挺有特色的

하코네 한켠의 숲속에 있다. 숲이 울창하고 좋은 온천이 있어 휴식과 디지털 디톡스에 적합하다. 아주 고요하다.
이곳의 가장 큰 매력은 Hyoseki라는 식당에 있다. 1925년부터 영업했던 옛 료칸 건물이라는 효세키는 일본 전통 료칸과 현대의 조화를 보여준다.
포레 쪽의 프리버즈와 리셉션 식당은 웨스턴 스타일로 대조를 이루는데 모두 컨셉과 어울리고 각기 매력이 있다.
빌라는 최근에 지어져 시설은 좋았지만 온천물의 상태나 온수 작동이 늦고 천장에 거미줄이 있는 등 위생 관리에는 약간의 의문점이 있다.
그러나 음식과 분위기가 매우 훌륭해서 만족한다.

這家酒店意外的好 因為比較晚預訂箱根的酒店 山腳下的大概率都被訂滿了 我們能訂到有私湯的温泉也是算幸運了 我們的餐食都在酒店解決 吃了法式晚餐和日式早餐晚餐 管家服務很好很貼心 住villa的還有電瓶車接送去餐廳和公共浴池 酒店距離箱根湯本站五十分鐘 距離御殿場三十分鐘 交通不算方便 適合喜歡呆在酒店裡享受的人 我們就是喜歡在酒店放空 不去任何景點 所以這家酒店在山裡麪也不會覺得無聊
