Private bath in room..free drinks in lobby ...free supper and sumptuous dinner and breakfast....parking service

A must stay if you are visiting Hakone! It's a 15 minute walk away from Hakone Yumoto station, or you can pay 200 yen to take the shuttle bus there. You can deliver your luggages there using the baggage service at the train station (for a fee). Place is clean and best of all, there's so many perks staying here. Firstly, there's free private onsen (subject to first come first serve). Secondly, dinner and breakfast are provided. Just need to select your preferred timeslot and head to the restaurant then. Food was delicious, and serving was generous as well. They also serve free ramen at 10.30pm, although it was just a simple bowl of noodles. There's also free drinks provided at L1 and L3, and some free snacks as well at the hotel lobby.

Hope that the reception could speak simple English. And the food could be improved. I like the free flow drinks

The stay at Tsukino Yado Sara is a good experience except that we don't really enjoy the dinner as we paid for the highest price for beef option but it is below our expectation. Rest of the food are good and breakfast was fabulous. The private onsen was good experience and should have stay 2 nights there instead of one.

around 15 mins walk from the train station but there are so many shops while on the way to the hotel. The hotel offer free snacks, drinks and free ramen. Visitors can grab as many as possible and are all free. The hotel room is clean and spacious and I like the hot tube bar within the room. The private hot spring and the public hot spring are all great. The portion for the dinner and breakfast are big. Especially I like the sukiyaki dinner.

The hotel is beyond what you can imagine! I was very surprised that the different types of amenities they provided and are available! I am definitely surprised at the drinks bar, really love it! Would definitely be coming back here😄

The hotel is around 15 mins from JR station no pick up service. The service and hotel facility are much better than my expection though most of employees only speak Japanese but they still try to help you if any question . The food also amazing and they provide the Reman in the late evening after hot spring ! hopefully I will have chance to stay in this hotel in the future.

This surrounding is very nice, free flow drinks 24 hours. Not to worry about hungry when u stay here

Delicious dinner and breakfast There is a self-service bar with alcohol, coffee, tea and ice cream There are also souvenirs available for purchase on the first floor (there is a souvenir for each person in the room when you check in, which can be used as a reference for tasting. It is very delicious and I bought it 👍

Stay in these hot spring inns,  is thinking to stay in the inn hea as much as possible, specially added money to have a terrace private bath and one-stop two meals,  unfortunately private bath is not hot spring water, is ordinary hot water, two meals of food is not good, greatly reduced. It seems that there is a location advantage, walk out of the main street less than 5 minutes, the whole inn is clean and hygienic

The hot spring hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the station. You can also enjoy the stream scenery in the room, which is very nice. It is close to the hot spring street and very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities. The midnight snacks and light meals after soaking in the hot springs are very good and considerate. The only problem is that the hot spring bathtub in the room is a little dirty and can be cleaned more. The "one night, two meals" package made us enjoy our stay in the hotel for a long time. The main dishes were of good quality, but I felt that some of the pickles were too salty and the seasoning could be better. The free drinks were very attractive and made us very relaxed during our stay.
