Take the Shinkansen from Osaka to Odawara, then transfer to the tram to Hakone Yumoto, and then take a bus to Gora. Two people dragged their suitcases and walked uphill for 15 minutes. They were exhausted. When they arrived at the hotel, they found that they could wait for the train in Gora, and it only took 5 minutes to walk. The hotel facilities are not new, and there are not many guests, mostly Japanese tourists. The hot spring is relatively small, and the water temperature is very high. You have to come out to breathe after soaking for a while. I experienced the private bath and open-air hot spring, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The food is OK, worthy of the price.

We booked a hot spring hotel on short notice and were very satisfied with it. We arrived early and could not check in until after 3:30 pm, but fortunately we could leave our luggage at the hotel. The staff helped us make the bed when we were having dinner in the evening. There was a rich variety of dinner, but we didn’t really like the side dishes. It would have been better if the side dishes were replaced with sashimi. We even had a surprise dessert after the meal, which made us very happy. The breakfast the next day was also very filling and delicious. The experience is very good and recommended for staying.

The environment is beautiful, but some people say it’s not good according to the reviews! But, I still feel good!

Great location, clean. Tasty dinner. But the hotel is "tired", needs renovation.

The location is really bad....really.....don't even think about walking there. It's really uncomfortable..your knees will be ruined. The hot springs aren't that great either....

An old building, but quite clean The view from the street onsen is unfortunately fenced off The internal ones are open 24 hours a day Guests with tattoos can relax here They give out yukatas, old but clean and tidy Very comfortable bed Breakfast and dinner are kaiseki, not quite real, because they are served in a common dining room and without a turn for serving dishes, but still tasty, beautiful and plentiful
