I love this unique homestay so much. There are eight Buddhist treasures carved in wood on the walls of the hall. There is a row of singing bowls and Buddhist artworks as soon as you enter the door. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the hall and the large outdoor terrace are amazing. You can see the snow-capped mountains! The room is very clean. All supplies and layouts are hotel standards, which is very convenient, so there is no need to worry about the inconvenience of the homestay facilities. This home is really good. The point is that the location is very convenient, the best location when it rains. There is also floor heating, which makes me sleep well all night, and the sound insulation is also rare. The service is also impeccable, and I have a very satisfactory experience.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good. It is newly renovated. You can also drink tea in the lobby. The room has a full voice system and an elevator. You can also have breakfast when you go to Feilai Temple to see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. It is clean and tidy. There is a parking lot which is more convenient and helpful. The hotel is still in the trial operation stage, so I was surprised to find such a good and new hotel in the blind box.
First of all, the location is really good. It is directly opposite the Meili Snow Mountain and the Wunongding Observation Deck. When you get up early in the morning to see Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, you don’t have to go down to the observation deck to be crowded. You can enjoy it comfortably on the roof of the hotel. The view from the Snow View Room is also unparalleled. The windows are facing the snow-capped mountains. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day without any problem.
Secondly, the facilities in the hotel are also very complete. The brands of bathrooms and toilets are all made by Kohler. The toilets are also fully intelligent. There is also a Xiaodu smart home butler system, equipped with floor heating, humidifier, oxygen supply, aromatherapy, etc. Let us You can also have a very comfortable sleeping environment in a plateau environment. It is also equipped with a special tatami tea table, so that we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains while drinking tea, which is so comfortable.
The service in the hotel is also very attentive. The waitresses and ladies are very warm and considerate. GGuest UserWhat can I say, Yeyu has simply got to be hands down, the best place that I have stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. I am amazed and wasn't expecting it to be this great. I know the idea of staying in a luxury hotel doesn't seem to be something that goes hand in hand with hiking (I say this from my experience of having hiked in several other places before where the key highlight is the natural setting itself), but I have to say that it was really soothing for the soul. My girlfriend and I loved this place! The hotel is tastefully designed at every corner and angle and we can appreciate that a lot of creativity and thought was put into designing this place. The aesthetics is very pleasing to the eye and embraces the natural scenery really well. We also loved the homage it pays to the area's ******* roots such as the photographs displayed in the room (young ******* monks playing and the ******* gazelles in the bathroom) and also all the books about Tibet, Yunnan province that is in the library and living room space. The service provided by the staff was top notch, very attentive and caring. We were always asked if there's anything that the staff can do for us be it preparing a plate of fresh fruits, preparing some drinks for us when we were lounging at the living area and another completely unexpected one was when we returned from the Sacred Waterfall hike with our shoes filled with mud, the hotel staff kindly asked us to leave our shoes with him and it came back the next day fully cleaned, placed in front of our rooms. The lovely service provided was just simply amazing and for this, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the lovely staff at Yeyu who provided us with such a beautiful memory of our too brief stay here and thank you so much for the room upgrade. If I could organise this trip again, I would have liked to stay here much longer to be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of this place. Please believe me when I say that it is completely worth every yuan.
PS: Please note that there are two Yeyu Hotels in Yubeng, one near the pond and the other near the temple. We stayed at the one near the temple. Both of them are beautiful in their distinctive ways.

Hygiene: Basically there is nothing unclean at this price~ It is more comfortable to stay in a tidy place when you are away from home😌
Environment: It is a little inconvenient to live in Shangyubeng due to recent road construction, but it is still super suitable if you go hiking on Ice Lake or Shenhu Lake. And you don’t have to worry even if you go to Shen waterfall, because the hotel also provides pick-up and drop-off~
Service: All the staff are very considerate, gentle and polite, and will help wash and dry the clothes; there is a traditional Chinese medicine foot soak bucket in the room to relieve fatigue; after breakfast, the housekeeper knew that we were going to go hiking and packed it up, which was great Eat the sandwich. The whole living experience is very good! recommend!

GGuest UserThis hotel perfectly meets my needs. It has a balcony facing the 13 peaks of Meili Mountain and a small restaurant where you can cook hot dishes (no need to climb the hillside of Feilai Temple to find food).
Before placing an order, I read the reviews on Ctrip. After staying there, I found that everyone gave it genuine positive reviews.
(1) I took a bus from Shangri-La to Feilai Temple. After getting off the bus and making a phone call for two or three minutes, the boss came to pick me up, helped me carry my luggage, and introduced the room facilities. On the way back, the boss also helped me carry my luggage to the boarding point. The hotel is actually very close to the boarding point, but it takes about 100 meters to climb the slope. There is a big difference between walking this slope with or without altitude sickness.
(2) Each room will be given a cup of warm yak milk before going to bed, and there is plenty of mineral water (this is very important).
(3) The dishes in the restaurant taste good, the portions are large, and the prices are very reasonable in Feilai Temple.
(4) If you like taking photos, you can take beautiful photos of the sunrise on the balcony of the room without squeezing in the crowds and freezing in the morning.
(5) Some minor shortcomings: The oxygen concentrator is a little loud, but of course people who don't need it can ignore this. The toilet has no door, which is not private enough. The boss said it will be improved later.
(5) The boss is very enthusiastic, just the right enthusiasm, and I had a very pleasant stay for a day.

Facilities: Elevators are the most needed facilities for hotels living on the plateau! This hotel has townhouses and 3-story low-rise buildings with elevators~ The rooms are very large, and you can see Meili Snow Mountain while lying on the bed! I immediately recommended this hotel to my friends~
Hygiene: Cleaned very cleanly.
Environment: The hotel is easy to find, with an excellent view of Rizhao Jinshan!

I drank 4 bowls of rice by myself. The room is relatively small, but you can see the snow-capped mountains when lying on the bed. The only thing is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. You can hear people talking in the next room. People with poor sleep need to consider this. In addition, there will be noise when people pass by in the corridor. There are electric heaters and electric blankets in the room, so you won't feel cold when you sleep. The uncle who serves at the front desk is very enthusiastic and nice.

Although it is a little more expensive, the room is twice as big! I decisively chose this one! I heard that it is now in trial operation. I originally thought that the experience would be average. If it weren’t for the altitude sickness, I think I would come again! I couldn’t sleep because of the headache on the first day of altitude sickness! It was terrible, but fortunately the hotel provided free oxygen cylinders! I recovered on the second day! In short, it is highly recommended! I stayed here for two days and two nights, and all the photos were taken in the hotel! It was beautiful enough!

It can really be a rare place for travelers to rest. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can see the snow-capped mountains and river as soon as you open the window. The transportation is very convenient. Between the two roads into Tibet, it is also a transfer point for several surrounding villages. The altitude is low, so it is suitable for both young and old. There is no need to worry about the discomfort of living at high altitude. After staying here, you can go to different villages to see the grape fields and local customs... GGuest UserYourland Hotel is run and operated by a very hard working lady who essentially does everything herself - from welcoming guests, cooking breakfast, cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets & laundry. The rooms are very clean and neatly organised, it has all the comforts that any hiker should need in such a remote location that is high up in the mountains (e.g. electric blankets, warm showers, etc.) Please do note that the warm water does need sometime to reheat especially if another guest takes a shower right away after the first guest. It will not be sufficient time for the water heating machine to heat the water. You should take note of the number that is displayed on the water heater. By default in our room, it showed the number of 44 and after the first guest took the shower, it went down to 19. If someone takes a shower right away at that moment, it will be cold so the next person should wait a bit until the number displayed moves up.
The views in the morning are amazing as you can see the mountain ranges on three different sides so you get a very good panoramic view from the terrace of the hotel. After a long day of hiking, our moods were lightened up when we were welcomed by the friendly and playful Labrador Retriever whose name is Dou Dou. Such a lovely dog ＜3. I would recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Upper Yubeng, it's good base for your planned hikes to the Glacier Lake and Nise Ranch. The place might be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive in Yubeng late at night (like we did since we walked all the way from Ninong, which was really tiring), but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to remember and locate.

GGuest UserThere are snow-capped mountains on three sides, the White Horse Snow Mountain on the left, the Goddess Peak and the Five Crowns Peak facing each other, and the General Peak and Kawagebo's head on the right. It should be the best location in the whole Yubeng. The overall view is very clean, and the only regret is that the wooden structure is not soundproof.

The room was well-arranged and reasonably furnished, the facilities were brand new and fully equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The staff was warm and thoughtful, from the patient and meticulous check-in to the caring care during the stay, which made people feel at home. The hotel restaurant has rich and delicious dishes, and the breakfast options are particularly diverse. The location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around and close to many attractions and shopping areas.
