However, we sincerely apologize if this was not explained to you in a warm and considerate manner.Regarding the burn you mentioned, we are very sorry that we were not able to provide the medical supplies you needed at that late hour. Unfortunately, as it was already past pharmacy hours, our staff could only suggest the nearby convenience store for basic first aid items.
