"I had the most amazing time at Westin. The hotel was very clean and the buffet was simply amazing. I opted for both breakfast and dinner buffet. The room was very clean and luxurious with a lot of amenities. I also used the hotel gym (24 hrs btw) and the pool. I had an early morning flight and the hotel gave me packed breakfast which was the highlight. I will definitely be returning back soon."

"The price-performance ratio is not right at all, this hotel is extremely overpriced. The water in the pool is regularly extremely dirty because guests go into the pool in normal street clothes, among other things there are rarely any towels at the pool. It is almost impossible to sit outside because everything is covered in pigeon ****. The elevator is being serviced at peak times so *** has little chance of getting from the 12th floor to the ground floor. Not everything is available at the breakfast buffet, the pizza oven is usually broken. In my opinion this hotel is an absolute rip-off. In contrast to other countries such as Thailand/Bangkok, this hotel is definitely not recommended. As a Hilton member, this was my first and last visit here."

"Getting to the hotel isn't very convenient, but I'm not sure that's a negative since I knew its location when I booked, and it was exactly as advertised. The hotel is new, built in 2025, and not yet run-down. The room was really clean. A big thank you to the young *** who cleans the 7th floor during the day (unfortunately, I didn't ask his name, which I regret). He really does his best. There are Dove toiletries in the room and bathroom; I really love them, and that made me happy. The hotel has good food and a pleasant chef. We had to return a dish, but they treated us to dessert as a compliment. The waiters don't always calculate the bill correctly, adding unnecessary taxes. The water in the room is of good quality, in branded glass bottles. The pool was open during our stay and looked quite nice. Cons: We checked out of the hotel at 1:00 AM and asked for lunch boxes to be packed for us instead of breakfast, which we'd be missing due to an early flight. They responded positively and asked us what exactly we'd like. Ultimately, they simply forgot about us. Nothing had been prepared in advance. When we asked if we wanted lunch boxes, they brought us a couple of rolls and some fruit, which didn't match our order, which they accepted and confirmed. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke intermittently."
