The room was a decent one and clean, however, there were multiple power cuts and the lights started to flicker at night that too with a loud noise.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and would like to tell you that the hotel is very well-maintained and located right in the heart of the Gurgaon Business District. What awed me was the staff---- they've been trained so well, I am sure the GM and his team down the line were thorough professionals, very thoughtful, courteous, and proactive, and are “standard operating procedure “driven. The rooms are well-maintained, and the efficient housekeeping staff. Thanks to Ms. Renu and her teammates Shalu , Sonu , Rohit , Vivek , Sahil , Kaushal , Aalam and Rakesh for ensuring all needs are taken care of during our stay in the hotel. Continue to be happy every time we stay at Lemon Tree Group Hotels. No complaints, consistent excellent service, top-notch amenities, and the breakfast has a huge variety of selections and is delicious & awesome too. Special thanks to Chef Ashish followed by Mr. Sunil , Gajendra , Kamal , Dev, Kapil , Pankaj Joshi & Pankaj Singh, and Puneet . In Citrus Café, Service by all staff was excellent. Thanks to Mr. Kashif, Raju, and their team members Ram, Kailash, Khusboo, Yogesh , Bani, Mahipal & Ankit. Needless to mention here that the front office staff were very attentive and carried great energy. Thanks to Mr. Saurabh assisted by Shivam , Prateek, Ms. Kshamta , Jitendra, Nitin & Trainee Saurabh. It’s a great hangout place, especially during the day and in the evening with a variety of food, pubs & bars with live music. Definitely recommending to all my family & friends. Overall, we loved the hospitality. Many thanks once again to the LT-1 team led by HGM Mr. Gaurav.

* We stay for a week in the hotel and We found very familiar approach and support from all the hotel staff. *The food, Hotel rooms, dinning area and housekeeping was very excellent. * The behaviour of house keeping and service department was very polite and help us arrange the all the things as per requirement. * Hygiene was very well maintained in the Rooms bathrooms and all over hotel. * As we were travel with our toddler. In this case housekeeping department did special care of us. I specifically very thankful to Mr. Rohit Bose, Sahil, Renu, Vivek and Aalam who all taking care of us.

Chandan was fantastic during both he days of our conference , he should be appreciated as he really an assest for Lemon Tree

The stay was very good . The rooms are very neat and clean. The food is very good and the services of Ms. Kushboo and Mr. Nitesh is appreciated...

Thanks for hosting our Agile Workshop. The facilities and the refreshments were excellent value. The room was large enough to accommodate 90+ people with good sound system and lighting. We were well stocked with water, Coffee & Tea. The lunch was frequently commented on as being very nice. The staff including Chandan were super helpful, polite and friendly.

Their restaurant Citrus is excellent in which staff like Raju, Nitish, Chandan, Ayush are really good. Chef Sunil and other chefs really took great care of our special needs of Jain food. Also I was having some gastro issues and hence kept asking many special needs, all of which they happily catered to with smiling face. Our of total 7 days in Aug-Sep 2025 we stayed we felt as if we were staying our personal Gust House. Thanks again Chefs Sunil and Dev, Servers Raju and Nitish. Overall the Hotel is really good for the price but it's location is terrible if you want peace and quiet.
