Good hotel but not a great location

Room basic. But nice large shower. Strange that the personel both at check in and leaving did not speak english. You should expext that at an international hotel.

Clean.

Everything was nice. A small towel for each guest instead of just one large one would have been nice. But it didn't bother us for one night.

At this hotel, rooms are only cleaned upon request for stays of multiple days. I find this annoying, and the rooms clearly show that they are cleaned less frequently. Limescale deposits in the showers, mold in the silicone seals, and more dirt are found in the rooms because the service staff doesn't have more time to clean than they would with daily cleaning.

I was a little speechless when there were no slippers. I arrived late at night and asked the front desk if there were any slippers or where to buy toiletries. She said there was a store next door. I asked if it was still open, and she said yes. I went out in the cold wind and rain and saw that it was closed long ago without asking anyone. When I came back to ask her, she opened her big innocent eyes and didn't say a word. I was speechless.

Comfortable and clean Inconvenient transportation

I arrived at night, but there was no staff, so I waited for a long time, and the staff asked me to pay again, but they asked me to pay again, and when I contacted Trip.com, they said it was all paid.... They said they didn't know, but I wonder if they really didn't know. The location also seemed like a slightly dangerous neighborhood.

Very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. Pleasant staff.

Reasonably standard premier Inn, although not quite as nice as the UK. I emailed in advance as my son is disabled, and they were quite rude, and were unable(?unwilling) to help because they didn't appear to understand what an ambulatory wheelchair user is. I'd requested a low floor - we were put on the fourth floor! The area isn't the best, it felt quite rough at times. There is an excellent Kaufland up the road towards Berliner Tor. Breakfast was good.

A terrible hotel. Because in places like this, customer satisfaction should be the top priority. But this establishment operates entirely through deceit. On June 17th, I accidentally made a reservation via Agoda for July 17th. I went to the hotel on June 17th and explained the situation to the receptionist. She told me that the hotel was fully booked, that the date couldn't be changed, and that my reservation was indeed for July 17th. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to cancel the reservation for free due to the situation. I also submitted a cancellation request through Agoda. The receptionist said that the person responsible for such matters was on leave and would be informed of the situation upon return. The next day, I called the hotel's main office, and they told me, "These are the rules; we cannot offer a refund." In other words, they will comfortably take money they did not earn, like thieves. And in a place like a hotel, where customer satisfaction should matter, they simply don’t care. That’s why this is the worst hotel in the world. It’s nothing but opportunistic. When choosing a hotel, think carefully: would you want to stay at a place that doesn’t care about you?

We got in at 2am. I tried getting attention at reception but no one was there. I put 2€ in the vending machine an it ate my money. I went to reception 3 times and asked ‘hello’. I was met by the night manager that said ‘shut up, you don’t need to yell’
