Super friendly staff, very helpful and a very interesting location - in the countryside but super close to the city which we really liked. The room was spacious as well. A few things to improve: the aircon wasn’t powerful enough to keep the room temp comfortable on a summer day, and there is mostly no air conditioning in the public spaces which makes it super hot. The room also sometimes had a funny smell. Overall I’d say it was ok, but could improve with a few small changes.

This was a great place to stay for a night on our way to catch a train to Yangshuo. The view from our room was AMAZING. The owners of the hotel were very kind, helpful and accommodating. They let us use their scooter for a few hours in the evening to explore the local area. They also let us go onto the rooftop to watch the sunset and take photos. They cooked us dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning - simple food but very tasty. The only complaint I have is that the place is looking very neglected and run down. The reception area smells very mouldy/musty and the garden is overgrown and untidy. Also, the pool is empty and the rooftop is starting to fall apart (there are some sections that we were told not to walk on in case we fell through!). This place has the potential to be a very high quality place and they could charge much higher prices if they fixed it up and got it back to its former glory.

My stay was very quiet in relaxing, I guess I arrived in a low season - it seemed like I was the only guest in the hotel. The service was very nice, the food was delicious and cheap. The staff doesn’t speak English but easily and patiently communicates with a translator. The location is excellent in case you want to be out of town and get some piece and quiet nature. The mountains and fields are everywhere there, wherever you look. Thank you, it was lovely :)

I originally booked it to see the stars, but the boss changed it so there was no canopy. The view is super nice! The view is very good! The price/performance ratio is also very high! It's just that you have to walk a long way.

An ideal place to relax with incredible views. In my case I had the room above the reception which is probably one of the best considering that you have a terrace with 180º visibility. The food is reasonably priced and very good. The service is very nice. There are also many activities to do nearby.

This hotel is especially interesting if you want to rest in a quiet and relaxing place with nice views. It is located on the outskirts of Guilin city, overlooking the mountains. To get to the tourist areas or scenic towns, you will have to take a taxi or a Didi, but it is not difficult. I suppose that if it is not July/August, you can walk to find a bike area or similar, but in summer the heat is too intense to walk twenty minutes… If you want to be in the center or move a lot into the city, perhaps this option is not for you. It is very nice to stay there and relax. You can bring fruit or food and use the kitchen. It is also possible to wash clothes there. We would have loved to have included breakfast and to be able to use the pool. It would have been really great, but it seems that some facilities are in disuse. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, this place has incredible potential, but it needs maintenance. The best: Tom, our adorable receptionist. He helped us with everything with the greatest patience and kindness in the world. He gave us bottles of water and some snacks for our excursions and got up at 6 a.m. to accompany us until the taxi arrived. Unbeatable. Thank you, Tom! You made a very significant difference in our experience.

It is definitely a hotel that is treated as a route, but it is also its characteristic, because the environment and scenery are very good, and the price is very good, so it can be described as a treasure homestay. . The homestay also has some fun facilities, which should be renovated by the owner's own home. He is a boss who wants to work hard for a long time. The boss is also very good, and upgraded our room for free. The balcony view is really amazing.

The room is OK, and the price is not expensive, but it is too far from Reed Flute Cave, there is no transportation, and no meals are provided. It is very inconvenient if you don't drive. It costs 40 yuan/12 hours and 55/24 hours to rent an electric car. The entrance is still bumpy. When I went there at noon, two adults and two children went to eat. Bao's father didn't know how to ride an electric car and couldn't walk for 20 minutes under the sun. I wanted to eat somewhere closer, but I didn't see it on the road. It's really speechless 🤦♀️. There were no cars on the small road recommended by the hotel. Alas 😔! But I had a farmhouse spring water chicken at noon the next day, which was not bad.

The sanitation is very clean. If you have any needs, you can give feedback immediately. The boss is very enthusiastic. The room facilities are complete and the service staff is of high quality, which is very different from some fast business hotels. The breakfast variety is rich, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is great. It is a very satisfactory experience. You can play board games together.

We had a problem with the room because although smoking is not allowed in the rooms, the previous guests smoked and it smelled too much of tobacco. The receptionist apologized and offered us a room change for the next day. The hotel was very friendly and treated us well. They helped us with everything we needed. Very good hotel, although it is a little far from the city, but the environment is very pastoral. I rented the owner's small tram and drove around the city. I recommend staying here. Although the backyard lacks management, it is very large. I look forward to the owner's reform.
