"The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. "If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive. Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK. PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort."
