院子佈置得很好，有泳池，有天幕，有燒烤區域。民宿分了三個區域，每個區域都有共用的廚房，設施完備。寵物友好，狗狗可以在院子裏自由奔跑。管家迴應及時，會盡量滿足你的合理要求。附近有各種水果採摘，旁邊是櫻花園。很滿意的一次住宿體驗，還會再回來。

我們訂了3間帶私湯的房間，分優缺點對應説一下：
優點：
1.民宿寵物友好，佔地也不小，有比較大的户外活動空間，有大草坪適合小狗來玩耍。
2.有自帶庭院私湯的房間，有管家服務。
3.有早餐提供。
缺點：
1.民宿所處位置比較偏僻，周邊農莊飯店選擇少，早上連一杯咖啡都提供不了。
2.管家服務水準有待提高，民宿前台長期沒人。在當天沒有滿房的情況下，毛巾供應不足。淋浴房也不配備地巾（聞所未聞見所未見），導致洗完澡後整個衞生間區域都是濕噠噠的，非常危險。
房間私湯温泉泡池水給的太吝嗇，放池水時管家全程在一旁“監督”，我們剛放好一池水，管家就迫不及待把冷、熱水出水總閥關了，小朋友在池裡玩耍了一會，感覺水有點涼了想添點熱水，打給管家才又不情願的給我們開了一點熱水又關了。泡了這麼多家的温泉，就沒見過這麼小氣的。而且，跟別家池水對比，這家所出的温泉水很黃，感覺像是在隔壁池塘抽的水？
3.早餐不能根據每間房的需要按時提供，我們3間房，竟然被告知衹能統一在九點半提供，原因是阿姨9點上班，她來的路上順便把早餐買了。OK，那我也妥協了，但第二天竟然是9點沒到就已經把早餐送到KTV房，且KTV房內空調開得很冷，管家也沒有及時通知我們早餐到了，就這樣直到九點半我們才發現原來早餐已送達，而且已經涼了大半。民宿也不提供早餐加熱服務（有一個公共廚房，但是衞生堪憂，我們不敢用）。
總而言之，我認為房費是德不配位的，退房後我們一行人覆盤，都認為是民宿的管理者不作為導致浪費了這一個好的民宿環境。

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住如果包場還提供燒烤用品及ktv房間，酒店新開，設施比較新，周圍沒有其他民宿，夜晚安靜，可以放煙花。

太牛了，避世勝地，服務到位，當管家説這裡有娛樂設施、游泳池露營和大片草地我們衹是點點頭，説還有釣魚種植的時候我們驚呆了😂我們工作日來的時候人不多，像是當了一把“莊園主人”的感覺，有種心靈得到安放的美好，牛馬終於短暫逃離了生活~附近還有很多農莊，主理人推薦的都很好吃）ps：送一張自家貓貓㊗️店主生意興隆~改天帶家人朋友再來！

再次來體驗觀山田美墅，這次住的是靠湖邊的房間，一打開窗簾就是湖，還可以釣魚😍，房間裏面還有個私湯泡池很享受🛁，管家服務很好👍，還推薦了周邊遊玩，贊👍
