The residence is located on one of the three floors of the villa. There is an owner who actually lives next door and told me that cars cannot be parked outside the unit next door and can only be parked on the roadside.  Check in: The real front desk was abandoned. The whole hotel should have declined and many areas were abandoned. A shabby temporary front desk was full of tourists. It was almost five o'clock and I still hadn't checked in. I was about to get angry before I was given the key. A deposit of 500 yuan is also required. When we arrived by car, the staff were still cleaning up. The housing conditions are pretty good, as it is a villa unit with all the necessary facilities. The toilet was a bit clogged. Private hot spring bath: A pool located in the courtyard outside the house, with hot water from Tika, the water temperature can reach 42 degrees. The outdoor temperature was around 12 degrees, which was just right for a comfortable bath. Meals: Takeaway can be delivered to your room. The next day's breakfast is located in the clubhouse, and is usually Chinese food such as fried rice noodles. Service: There is no service. First of all, the waiting time at the front desk was too long. Secondly, there were only four bottles of drinking water. It was not enough. When I called, the attitude was very rude. They said they had already given it to me and I had to keep working hard before they would give me extra. The bathrobe is also said to be only provided in the room and not delivered. In the end, they had a very bad attitude and blamed the other party for their service attitude, and then they said if there was something, they would send it, and if there were no extras, they would not send them. Finally, they delivered it. It is particularly pointed out that the standby status is displayed after the air conditioning and heating are turned on. I called and said the air conditioner wasn't heating, and they asked a technician to come and take a look. While I was waiting, the air conditioner started working, and the technician came up and said, "No problem, it can be used." It's so obvious, just ignore it. Summary: It’s nice to bring all your things and enjoy the environment.

First of all, the room is completely different from the one in the picture. It was renovated 10 years ago, and the wall is peeling off in large pieces. Secondly, the bedding will make you itch all over your body when you sleep, and the hygiene conditions are very poor. Thirdly, the temperature of the private hot spring water in the room is less than 38 degrees, which is very cold and you can't soak in it. Finally, there are less than 10 public hot spring pools open, and more than 100 people are soaking in them. The pool is turbid. There is no service at all. No one answered the housekeeper's phone, and the front desk phone could not be reached. You have to rely on yourself.
