The view from the window was amazing and i like the place you feel comfortable like in your home

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location couldn’t be more convenient - close to everything yet peacefully quiet. I was genuinely impressed by how spotless the room was throughout my entire stay. A special thank you to the cleaning staff who maintained perfect cleanliness with such attention to detail. The comfortable bed and modern amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the consistent high standard of housekeeping - every corner was pristine. For travelers who value both cleanliness and accessibility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit - an outstanding experience from start to finish! The dedication of the staff to maintaining such high standards truly made all the difference.

Not at all worth for the price paid. No one is there to meet you, and even after promising an upgraded room, we get the keys of lower category room, at 7pm when we checked in on our anniversary - We have to ask for an upgrade, then after that when we reached that room, it was all dirty and not cleaned till 7pm too!!!!!! Our anniversary eve was wasted. For 2 days, we got just 2 water bottles! No come came to clean the room the second day! Towels and toiletries were not proper. Thankfully we just booked for two days and not four!!!!! Fortunate to book another hotel for next 2 days! Also, this is not a hotel, hence name is deceiving, it’s a private home stay!! And charges are extremely too much as compared to services provided. Just the view is what is worth.

One problem was there only the check in. They didn't give me informacion easily in email or in SMS...😡

There are many restaurants nearby. There is a long straight road from the subway entrance. It is easy to find. I recommend it to friends who come to travel.

After waiting in the waiting area for a while, I was a little annoyed with the service and was thinking about whether to cancel the reservation, but I was still looking forward to the check-in experience. I went upstairs directly after getting the room number. When I opened the door, the floor was still wet (I know that I must say that this house was arranged for me temporarily to meet the customer's requirements, but does this reflect that your procedures are particularly chaotic and you did not respond to the customer's notes in advance, which led to this temporary arrangement) There was no reminder of materials, and I had to search through the boxes to find them (I was afraid that something would suddenly fly out 🪳) The fire-fighting equipment was very clearly placed; the bedding had holes burned by cigarette butts, and there were small stains, and the duck by the window was also very dirty, and I didn't dare to touch it at all. It was a little disgusting 🤢 In summary, the entire stay was only set off by the view by the window. It really felt like lying on the Pearl River, but I didn't know how to pick up details.

The most cost-effective river view homestay in Guangzhou, no doubt about it O_o The customer service is very friendly and the service is in place. They also upgraded us to a deluxe river view room for free ⌯oᴗo⌯ I will choose this room again next time when I help my friends book.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is an apartment-type hotel. It is located in a very central location. There are many shops and restaurants below, which is very convenient. The room is clean, with unique tatami, large projection screen, washing machine with drying function. Overall, it is very good. It is a good choice for individual and family travel. Next to it is the Pearl River Trail and the cruise ship pier, and the night view is also good.

The scenery is great, the room is very spacious, and it is exactly the same as in the merchant's pictures. The housekeeper responded to messages quickly, answered and solved all the questions quickly, and helped us upgrade the room. We arrived at the hotel early, and the housekeeper also let us store our luggage and tidy up the room for us as soon as possible.

The 120-inch 4K projector in the room makes staying in the hotel full of fun. The most surprising thing is that it is extremely quiet at night, the sound insulation effect is first-class, and I slept soundly accompanied by the sound of the river. Smart appliances + stunning views + thoughtful service, it is definitely the first choice for staycation in the city. I will come again next time!
