I'm making a real-name complaint. The front desk was inefficient and couldn't open a room for 10 minutes. Although it's an hourly room, I hope the front desk can provide equivalent service. Just now in room 316, there were hidden nails left on the floor from renovations. They weren't cleaned up. I stepped on them barefoot and only then realized where the nails were. It's not a big deal at the moment. Due to the front desk's attitude, I didn't dare raise the room issue when I checked out. It's the same service issue, but I reserve the right to pursue legal action. I hope the hotel can properly follow up on the room issue.

It's very close to the subway entrance. Exit C1 makes it easy to transfer to other trains. Line 2 takes you directly to many tourist attractions. Because it was hot, the front desk lady on our first day was so thoughtful to give our children an extra room card so they could cool down right after entering the room. The hotel is less than a three-minute walk from the Nanzhou subway entrance. There's a breakfast buffet on the first floor, a pig's trotter rice stall next door, and Xijiao Village across the street, making it very convenient for eating.
