很滿意的一次入住體驗，小葉會提前打電話聯繫我幫我安排我喜歡的房間，房間面積很大，對面鳳凰湖夜景很漂亮，美中不足就是下雨不能去走走，不過隔着落地窗看雨也挺愜意。房間面積很大，服務員都會主動打招呼，早餐也挺好吃的。下次有機會再來

服務升級—入住前，客服小談提前安排好滿意房間，時隔一年，開芯國際酒店開啟專屬客户服務。五星級酒店做到這點，早餐升級—早餐質量比3年前提升很多。廣東特色豬腳醋值得品嚐。
身心疲乏時不妨到這五星級酒店入住放鬆，樓下鳳凰湖公園，15分鐘車程的知識城東湖，逕下村都值得帶娃溜達。二樓悦龍酒家早茶及中餐都不錯。

• 服務特別好，前台辦理入住很快，還主動幫忙拿行李。
• 房間乾淨又舒服，床軟軟的，浴室乾濕分離，還有小冰箱放飲料。
• 早餐種類多，煎蛋和麪包都很好吃，服務員還會主動問要不要咖啡。
• 位置方便，離地鐵站近，周圍逛街吃飯也很容易，下次還會來住！
