This stay was a very pleasant experience and I was impressed by the hotel staff's service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was very professional and enthusiastic. The front desk receptionist Liang Feng had a friendly smile, checked in quickly and efficiently, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail. It is especially worth mentioning that the manager Tan Huajie is very good at chatting and humorous, which made me very happy. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming again next time!

The second time I stayed at the Hyatt Hotel, I was completely attracted by it! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the warmth of home. Arthur, the front desk brother, smiled kindly. While checking in efficiently, he also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions attentively, and even took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type. I was touched! The room design is simple and stylish, and the city view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is so beautiful that people can't take their eyes off it. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, which directly cured my bed recognition syndrome! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are elegant and fragrant, with full marks for details. The room soundproofing effect is superb, and I slept well all night until dawn. The breakfast variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose! Chinese dim sum, Western baking, and freshly cooked noodles are all available. The location is even more invincible, 10 minutes to Xintang High-speed Railway Station and Xintang Metro Station. When checking out, the little brother helped to move the luggage, and this level of attentiveness is really impeccable!
