沒有招牌，位置不好找，沒有前台入住自動辦理，特別麻煩，老舊居民房，和app的定位不是一棟樓，被子單薄這麼冷的天給這麼薄的被子，半夜冷的到處找，沒有Wi-Fi，沒有熱水，空調還不能制熱衹能製冷，電路老舊還會跳閘，開不起來然後叫維修人員上門還想需要客人墊錢，多人入住衹給一張電梯卡，不結伴出行就上不了電梯，外賣也不能送上樓，還要求15:00後入住，12:00前退房，24h都沒有，也沒有任何補償，這是我來廣州入住體驗最差勁的一次

房間沒有瓶裝水，空調温度不能調低，已經設定了固定25度。熱水器容量小，不夠全家人洗澡。電梯卡在菜鳥驛站自行取卡，訊息沒有及時傳遞過去，導致取卡就等了30分鐘，還是在雨中等着取卡。總之，入住體驗感很差。

入住不太方便，大樓房子，取鑰匙過程相對複雜，停車太貴90一晚，房間還算乾淨，但是很陳舊，而且雜物過多，也可以説家庭氛圍比較強。不能接受的是廁所太差，門不能關，而且淋浴間沒有門，洗澡水會濺出來。好處是空調比較足。

本來訂的房間又説漏水換掉了，然後換了個房間，發了圖片給我，我看着還好，去了後發現房間很多角落很臟。感覺是別人住了十幾年的房子改成民宿，晚上住的時候還停電了一次，空調用了十幾年吧，一打開就聲音特別大，樓層十分不隔音，凌晨還聽到樓上的響聲，最不能忍的是八點上面開始裝修，電鑽弄的人煩死，我受不了不到十點就退房了。真的懷疑再套路我，看到評論很多都是換了房間，就離譜，想要住宿的千萬想明白，我這次住的算是差死了！
