環境太差，衞生太差，圖片與實際不相符合，衞生間水流不下去，一攤水，床破破爛爛的全是灰，睡得一身癢，桌子也全是灰，像一年未打掃一樣，雖然是特價房，裏面寫着有空調，但是到了説沒空調，要空調加10元，洗漱台也衞生糟糕。

網上預訂下單，沒顯示沒有空調，到店裡老闆表示要另外收錢才能開空調，服務態度極差，表現很不耐煩，房間裏面沒有紙巾，還要自己去前台拿

老闆娘服務態度差，房間臭燻燻，床上有蟑螂，還有長頭髮，被套床套不知道多久沒有換，浴巾沒有，就兩塊不吸水的小洗臉帕，電視沒有，風扇沒有，無線網絡差跟沒有一樣，問題是還在五樓步梯房
