房間很棒，沒有地毯，所以沒有異味，有個超大的陽台，很舒服，內設雖然中規中矩，但是看出質量是在線的，用心的傢俱和擺設。服務的態度更是一流。早餐也很豐盛。以後還會再來！

本來過來滑雪順便住一晚的，想着19年的酒店應該老舊了，沒想到處處超預期，房間寬敞整潔，床鋪軟硬適中，睡的特別香。無論是前台還是迎賓服務態度都非常好，會主動幫忙拿行李。早餐很豐盛，相比其他度假酒店，品質更盛一籌！早餐10點時，服務員會説10點半收餐了，叫我們有需要再拿着食物，既做到提醒客户，又站在客户的立場考慮，細節十分到位，體驗感極佳。下次必須再來！

酒店屬於古典風格，門口的小哥哥很有禮貌，停車也很方便。去融創茂5分鐘的路程，主要也是為了去融創熱雪奇蹟，房間不大，但有個很大的陽台，不過由於天氣熱也沒能在外泡茶和欣賞風景，靠馬路邊有點吵，關門也安靜了。可惜的是房間燈光比較昏暗，如果亮點就更好了！酒店的早餐出品還是很不錯的。品種多，口感好！

也是第二次住了！總體不錯的。
1、位置很好，走到融創茂2號門，也就10多分鐘，也有半點一趟的免費接駁車，送到到4號門；
2、服務很好，另付219元，加兩天各一份早餐，外加升級房型，還送三張樂園的門票，贊一個；
3、入住很好，12點多就可以入駐，不用等到下午三點。剛入住時，地下車位空餘較多，但第二天早餐吃飯人也不少；
4、早餐較好，鮮榨果汁好喝，就是肉菜就衹有火腿腸，蘿蔔燉牛腩算半個吧，因為牛肉少。也衹有麪包類的點心，缺少蛋糕類的。水果衹有西瓜、番石榴、大棗。稍有遺憾吧。

非常滿意的一次住房。服務非常好 我凌晨1點多才入住 門口仍然有人幫我提行李 前台和禮賓服務態度積極可親。 住店時網絡出了點小問題，因為是星期天，大堂值班經理還特地聯繫IT部幫我解決了問題 - 特別感謝！ 週日沒接駁車到融創茂是一小小不足，但打車便宜又方便。前台經理Anna看我手機打車的app沒下載好，用了自己的app替我打車-非常感激！ 打掃房間的阿姨也特別親切。 很用心地確保房裡任何需要都被滿足！ 我20-27/9 住的湖景房 936。希望酒店看到評論會給予工作人員嘉獎。謝謝！
I had a really lovely stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Guangzhou. Service was friendly, personable and staff at every position always went the extra mile to help make this a great stay! Lovely views of the surrounding area from the Lake view room I stayed in. Transport to the Sunac Indoor Ski at the Rongchuang Mall is available only during weekends but one can easily take a Didi for around ¥10 to get there if you do not want to walk. That was a great option for me as I was able to gear up then hop into the cab and get there without walking in the heat and humidity. Would definitely recommend the hotel and go back if I am in the area. Stayed a week there and it was hard to leave!
