房間很安靜，地鐵站出來走個7-8分鐘，離廣航步行10分鐘。有電梯，2樓好像是桌球廳，樓上不會吵。房間有冰箱，小廚房和洗衣機。就是床有點硬。陽台的窗簾可能放進房間會較好一點比較遮光。雙層隔音外面的聲音是聽不到的，但是走道外面會比較嘈雜。
前台的姐姐態度很好，微笑待客，提出看房的要求也同意且很熱情接待，服務滿分。
衞生：衞生可能有點兒糟糕，小蟑螂特別多，抽屜還有很多蟑螂粑粑（建議全面噴個呋蟲胺消殺一下）。另外最大的問題是有股酸臭味，猜測應該是來源於空調內部問題，將空調調低至24度以下吹大風味道才會消失…
總的來説考試簡單住一晚兒是可以的。

別的都還好，樓下是馬路，超級無敵大的噪聲，一晚上都有大卡車經過的聲音，懷疑形成共振，吵得我震耳欲聾，還有樓上玻璃珠掉落和拉凳子的聲音，一夜沒閤眼，第二天還掙扎着去考試。

為了參加國家聯考訂的酒店，這個公寓真的不是好的選擇，二樓是棋牌桌球室，半夜不停有嘈雜碰撞聲，周邊有火車站，火車的聲音太吵了，附近環境亂糟糟的，一個像樣的餐廳都沒有，一整個晚上都沒睡着……房間有味道，反正就是不值三四百

非不得已別住這家。。。因為考點在附近才定的這家，離航海學院確實很近，步行10min左右，離地鐵站也很近步行5min左右。但是！真的吵的受不了！靠着馬路大卡車轟隆隆的，附近還有棋牌室，半夜一兩點鐘還在搓麻將，那些阿叔阿嬸大聲嚷嚷還有麻將機轟隆隆的聲音，戴了降噪耳機才勉強睡着！房間衞生也很一般，進門就一股黴味！地上都是牆灰，下水道有點反味！房間燈光很昏暗，所以建議不得已得來這住的帶上耳塞和小枱燈（要學習的話）ps：這家店考前好幾天就漲價至少一半。。
