The place is clean and tidy, extremely cozy for a family of four! All daily necessities are there in place and the location is very convenient to get to any part of the main city. Staff are friendly and helpful, even offered baggage dropoff and temporary storage after checking out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Good place to stay.. good services! Food this area is so good. Xinjiang food is nice , goose rice next door is very nice. & groceries store if u want home cook. Museum & river behind. & Mcdonald too!

What a surprise the blind choice of hotel for this trip! From the moment I stepped into the apartment lobby, I felt full of luxury, which I liked very much, and I needed access control downstairs to get in and out, so I felt full of security! The location is great, a few minutes walk from the metro station which is a great way to get around, walking distance to the attractions and easy to get a taxi. Both the hardware facilities and the standard of service were far above expectations and have been included in the list. I would definitely recommend this hotel for my next visit to China.

- The toilets flood easily as photo attached
- The upstairs toilet is very small, easily to hit the head when showering, not friendly for the adult.
- The upstairs room's space is not friendly for the adult also, we need to walk with our head down to avoid hitting our head which was very frustrating
- We received a rusty kettle when requesting the new kettle from the PIC, we were surprising they didn't check first before pass to us
- The check-in process is quite complicated
Overall staying experience is ok, but the services and facilities need to be improved. Thanks.
