An absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is superb, and transport links nearby are incredibly convenient. Xiaojing's service was excellent, warm, and truly thoughtful. The rooms are clean, very spacious, well-equipped, and boast a lovely environment. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the bathrooms feature separate wet/dry areas, high-quality toiletries, and soft towels. Plus, every room has a window, which is a great bonus. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Guangzhou. Highly, highly recommend!

It was spacious and bright, with a unique design that made it feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel restaurant, located on the 11th floor, offers a fantastic buffet breakfast with a great mix of Chinese and Western options. The spread was extensive, featuring freshly prepared hot congee, steamed buns, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a variety of hot dishes – truly catering to every guest's taste. All the room amenities were excellent; it was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The bathroom was also impeccably clean, ensuring I had a peaceful night's sleep every single night. I will definitely choose Kailong Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance by ride-hailing car from Guangzhou Station (which is about 3 metro stops away), a staff member named Xiao Bing greeted me with incredible warmth. He enthusiastically helped with my luggage, guided me on the route to the hospital, and maintained a cheerful smile throughout. After check-in, he even proactively brought my luggage up to the room. I was very impressed with the room's layout; it had excellent natural light, a large TV with high clarity, and a very comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks and drinks were also provided. Every detail here reflects their commitment to quality and utmost attention to guest comfort. Additionally, they offer a range of thoughtful services, including luggage storage, laundry, and late check-out. They also make sure to contact guests immediately if anything is left behind. Moreover, the hotel provides a 24-hour online personal assistant service that's always ready to assist with any request and open to all feedback – demonstrating exceptional efficiency and professionalism. I'll need to return to Zhongshan Eye Hospital for a follow-up check-up in a month, and the Kai Xuan Long Hotel will definitely be my first choice again. It's truly reliable!

They proactively offered a warm Luo Han Guo tea, which made me feel instantly at home! Check-in was very quick, no deposit was required, and they even offered to carry my luggage to the room. Upon entering the room, I found it to be very clean and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had excellent natural light. The TV screen was large with high clarity, and the blackout curtains were effective. Every detail reflected their commitment to quality and guest comfort. What's more, they consistently anticipated our needs and prepared in advance, whether it was replenishing toiletries or adjusting the room temperature, making us feel the warmth and convenience of being at home. The next day, due to waiting for my test results at the hospital, I exceeded the standard check-out time. The front desk thoughtfully extended my check-out time, which was a very considerate service. I'll have another follow-up exam at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center next month, and my top choice will definitely be the Kai Xuan Long Hotel again!

The room was well-appointed and our child loved it. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Both the air conditioning and hot water were excellent – great water pressure, quick flow, and a comfortable temperature made for a truly pleasant shower. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and complimentary bottled water and drinks were provided. They even thoughtfully included children's toothbrushes and slippers. The 11th floor offers buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, good taste, and excellent hygiene. The next day, we exceeded the check-out time because we were waiting for test results at the hospital. The front desk thoughtfully extended our check-out time, which was incredibly considerate service. Upon check-out, a staff member from the front desk even helped us carry our luggage from the 9th floor to the hotel parking lot and assisted us in booking a ride-hailing car.
