The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. However, the stay was let down by a few key issues. The pillows were too soft, making it difficult to get proper neck support and a good night’s sleep. More importantly, the soundproofing was extremely poor — I could clearly hear cars passing by throughout the night, often accompanied by loud honking, as well as aircraft landing. Unfortunately, the noise disruptions significantly affected the overall rest and comfort during the stay.

Hotel facilities are excellent. Shuttle bus service is good and easy to find. Staff cannot speak English and likely unhelpful. Breakfast also good.

Room was big and clean. Free Airport shuttle was convenient . Hotel was close to metro. The welcome supper was a pleasant surprise.. Just booked Mercure again for our stay before our flight home.

Excellent location from airport with flexible late check out and during the late time with supper dinner ; nice staff with good breakfast and inside with well equipped .

Spacious room and the bed is very comfortable. We reached ard 1.20am so not sure if there is shuttle bus for transfer but was told by reception they can arrange if we have notified before. We hire a taxi outside of airport which will cost you are 40 rmb.
It’s very value for money! They have free shuttle bus to and from airport
Baiyun airport is very huge so any hotel is not walkable so Mecure is best option I feel for the price you get

一般般吧，夜宵早餐都一般，價格比同區域的其他酒店貴一點，隔壁的那家可能會好一點。地理位置不錯，離機場近，房間要選擇不靠馬路，否則聲音太大
