Comfortable hotel, has halal option for breakfast. No air conditioner but can open the window. Golmud is cool during night time, so the room did not feel hot.

The room is not clean, the front desk service attitude is poor, I booked a room online a few hours in advance, but when I arrived, they said there was no room. The front desk ignored the guest and did not actively handle it, leaving the guest to handle it themselves, and it took a long time to handle it.

The room facilities are old, the cabinets are rotten, the carpet is full of stains and hair, the bath towels are black, there is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and the shower is in the narrow space between the toilet and the cabinet! Although it is summer vacation, the higher price is understandable, but the hotel hygiene is really too poor, the price does not match the actual quality! What’s even more outrageous is that hotel prices in the entire city of Golmud are ridiculously high. Ordinary hotels can cost thousands of yuan. Are they blinded by money? ! ! It really ruined my good impression of it. Before coming here, I heard that Golmud, as a county-level city, is the second largest city in Qinghai. I thought that hotels and other related services should be complete, but I didn't expect this to happen!
