The rooms were large and lovely, with a great bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The problem was that my bedside table was dirty! It was sticky, with cup stains everywhere, which is not good for a Hilton brand! Nice breakfast

Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

Great location, 12 mins walking to Glasgow Queen Station. It would be great if room service could be improved.

Convenient hotel located at the city centre with plenty of food available nearby. The staff was also nice and provided help as appropriate.

The front desk reception is very friendly and helpful to recommend us nice restaurants and sightseeing areas. The accessible room is super spacious for putting the luggages. There is a in-house carpark which is very convenient.

Is good hotel but just one thing the sons and steam room not working and they not mentioned in website because I booked for sona and steam room but is under repair That’s why am not happy but the hotel and service and staff very nice

Hotel staff were very welcome and bar staff very friendly and helpful but we tried to check in earlier and did call and email but got no reply so had to wait till 3pm and once in the hotel our room was clean but shower and bathroom was very small and not enough towels. And some one on same floor was smoking cannabis/weed as we could smell it in our room and on the landing outside the door. We had our son with us who is autistic and really sensitive to smells so he was upset by this but we didn't want to say anything to cause any problems. But it did affect our stay

Was a lovely hotel, close to city centre and bar was very nice.  

We just had a weekend stay in the Doubletree Hilton in Glasgow which was excellent. Very comfortable, great amenities and lovely staff who were all very polite and friendly as well as helpful. We had a delicious evening meal in the bar restaurant, swam and relaxed in the jacuzzi and slept wonderfully. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in central Glasgow.

Good location but lots of roadworks taking place around hotel, Checking fairly easy, Room location as requested, found beds uncomfortable and no pillow support, insufficient towels for number of guests and no shower caps, , Insufficient teas /milk for guests. Room could have been cleaner had to move bed to locate dropped earning. and it was needing a, hoover., lack of tables at breakfast wanted to seat us in bar. If you have mobility issues not good if you want a cup of tea and have to bend down to floor to locate cups. Had to ask fir paper cup as three cups dirty. Despite this we enjoyed our stay.
