A budget hotel in a perfect location, i just love how convenient the hotel location is where it is in the middle of every tourist attraction location, so if you feel wanna go to the toilet you can just passed by the hotel to use the hotel toilet 😂. a staff will attend you for your check in and check out which a less hassle. although it is a budget hotel they provide an android TV which offers youtube and netflix!

The location is very convenient, the attractions to Penang are very close, the location is very good. But the room is too small, the bathroom is very small, the room is freshly painted, the taste is a bit big

Need to improve and many area need do renovation to get more customer.

Strategic location near to Armenian street

Clean and tidy

The hotel is located in the old town. It is not big but quite clean. The sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the noise of the road early in the morning. At night, I was disturbed by the loudspeaker chanting from the nearby mosque until about 22:30. The hotel is located near the Mural Street. There should be Little India next to it, so there are many Indian restaurants. I had an Indian flying pancake for breakfast, which tasted pretty good. It is not too far from Kimberly Street Food Street and Guangda, about a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the mural of Nezha holding a durian. The rooms are small, and there's no elevator, so you need to carry your own luggage. The entrance is guarded. The deposit must be paid in cash and is refunded upon check-out.

The room was fine, except for the shared bathroom. The location is excellent, as many drivers don't know where the hotel is. When locating it, be aware there's another one with the same name, located on the street behind. The cabinets in the room are very old and fall off easily, so be careful because I got hit on the foot. The service was excellent, and the staff were very responsive. It felt safe and secure staying here, and it was affordable.

The hotel is beautifully located right in the middle of the city, next to all the street art. I was quite perplexed given that there weren't many reviews of the hotel. But honestly, the value for money is unbeatable. The service with the person you have on WhatsApp who answers all your questions even late at night makes the stay easier. Absolutely terrible, one of the worst I've ever experienced. The AC unit was by the window and noisy. There weren't even basic slippers. There were only one or two hot water taps, and the water flow was minimal. There was no common area, not a single drop of water, except in the bathroom. They claimed to have been open for 25 years, but an elderly neighbor told me that they simply changed owners and names over the past 25 years. Ctrip is a ****! It's unbelievable that they even asked for a deposit in such a shabby condition. The only thing you could take away was the AC remote.

The air conditioner is not working well. It is just a decoration. There are only two fans working. It is hotter inside than outside. I can only open the window to cool down a little bit.

The entire space was very clean, almost like a semi-self-service check-in, which was quite convenient. The room wasn't large, but it was very clean, odor-free, and very cost-effective. Overall, I think it was a good value.

Pros: First, the location is decent; the hotel is in Penang's historical and cultural district, considered the city center; second, it's affordable. Cons: This hotel is a converted old building, the air conditioning doesn't cool, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, and the decor is simple. Not recommended unless budget is a factor.

This hotel is newly opened. It is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for more than 10 days. The surrounding scenic spots are close and there are many snack bars. The owner is Chinese and can communicate in Chinese. The price is very favorable.
