"Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!"

"Novotel was a perfect location, rating it as 10 stars if I could. The only thing, I booked for 2 rooms at Trip.com but got only one room when we actually went to Novotel so I need to book again for another room .The reception said I was overpriced from trip.com paying for 2 rooms when it's actually only one ☹️☹️☹️"

"01/1/26 $178. Stayed one night. Never again. The place was despicable, rubbish outside lower room areas, dried spilled liquid on concrete lower storage area, collected bed/linen sacks overflowing with some on the ground, refuse everywhere around steps to upper level, one upper level exit staircase closed off (huge fire danger evacuation issue), very ratty carpets, unclean mirror, squeaky entry door (hear it across the car park), otherwise clean bathroom but exhaust fan/light inoperative, curtain ripped, AND THE MANAGER JAMES? HAD A VERY POOR ATTITUDE, VERY ABRUPT (pointed his finger in my face when I challenged his attitude, & when sliding my receipt to me, held it down firmly with his other hand so I couldn’t take it and demanded respect when he was the one who was rude). All the above statements are my opinion. My wife agreed with me."

"This Holiday Inn was a last-minute booking when I arrived in Australia, and surprisingly, it turned out to be the best and most affordable. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and its downtown location made everything convenient. It was great for walking to the beach and exploring nearby attractions. Perhaps it's because it's not a huge city, but Geelong is truly a delightful place. It's a tourist-friendly city with plenty of lively energy yet still incredibly relaxed. The urban feel and rural charm blend perfectly, making it a very livable place."

"Staffs arr very kind and hospitable. They upgraded the room for us from ground floor to 9th floor and from the room we can see the sea. The unit is very well-equipped and comfortable.There are washer and dryer, fidge and freezer and dishwashee. It takes only 2-3 minutes walk to the sea and to Westfield Mall. In all we are so impressed with everything."

"The hotel is well decorated, the room facilities are better, the bathroom is very clean, the quilt and pillows are very comfortable, the underground parking is convenient, the gym equipment is the best, there is an indoor swimming pool, everything is perfect, very close to the beach"

"Nice and peaceful location. Room was cool even though it was a very hot day so it wasn’t necessary to use aircon. Awesome mattress to sleep on - not too hard or too soft, perfect! Plenty of power points to charge devices, located at bedside as well as by dining table. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Pokie gaming in the evening was fun. We would definitely stay here again. "An overall relaxing and peacefully stay. The view looking over the vineyard is remarkable. The amenities and breakfast provided were more than enough. The 10:00am checkout though is a bit rush as other properties would usually have a 11:00am checkout."

"Our stay was wonderful, and peaceful The rooms were really soundproof which was unexpected and no distubance from outside noise or neighbors, the rooms were lovely and organised The apartment was closer to the beach than we expected and it was perfect as shopping centres were close by. Booking and payments were very easy and quick Privacy so perfect and no disturbance to our holiday at all, our room was very homely and spaceful Beautiful view from our balcony at evening I would love to book again"
