"Great location by the sea. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff is a bit undertrained. Called in the morning to push for checkout when I already extended my stay the night before. Housekeeping didnt service my room until I asked them to as they saw the do not disturb sign in the morning but avoided checking the housekeeping sign later in the early afternoon. Chromecast on the TV does not work and the lights automatically switch off if there’s no movement in the room."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was the nicest room we stayed in during our Melbourne trip. Location-wise, although the hotel is not directly on the waterfront, it is within walking distance, which was very convenient. The breakfast spread was decent and met expectations. Parking is available in the same building as the hotel, but advance reservation is required. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay."

Didn't matter how long the water ran it remained freezing. Spoilt a lovely stay. We even had to boil the jug to wash the coffee cups. . "
