the room was clean but we arrived at a rather off peak hour - attempted to use the indoor swimming pool but the water was too cold and the pool definitely did not look as advertised. was informed by the staff to avoid wading in the pool as the tiles were cracked

The room was spacious and very clean, and the mountain view offered a stunning vista. It was incredibly refreshing to return to the room for a hot soak after a morning run. A special shout-out goes to the young man at the front desk! He was not only very handsome but also incredibly friendly and helpful. I only wish I had caught his name! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changbai Mountain!

The hotel offers luxurious comfort. The friendly deer add a charming touch, and the pool is impeccably clean. The 'High Beer Summer' buffet dinner for two was a culinary delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options; the cold noodles were particularly tasty, and the sashimi was exceptionally fresh. **Cleanliness:** Spotless **Ambiance:** Elegant and grand **Service:** Impeccable **Facilities:** Extensive **Rooms:** Forest-facing, providing a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

The deer were a big highlight; they were very friendly, and the kids absolutely loved playing with them. The complimentary buffet dinner, especially the grilled skewers and shrimp, was decent and definitely enhanced the room's value for money. However, the pool had some issues: many mosaic tiles on the bottom were loose and sharp underfoot. The water, at around 25 degrees Celsius, felt a bit too cold for young children, and it didn't look very clean. The service was quite good.

The hotel's facilities are quite new compared to other West Slope resorts, which was a major factor in my decision to book the Pullman. I opted for the 6-privilege package, which cost over 300 RMB more per night than the standard room rate. Having experienced it firsthand, I would not recommend purchasing this package. Here's why: 1. **Airport Shuttle:** The airport drop-off shuttle only departs when it's full. I had scheduled a 10 AM shuttle, but then two more passengers from the same flight were added, and we were asked to leave at 9:30 AM, supposedly to avoid traffic. Were these additional passengers VIPs? When it was time to leave, the front desk then told me I was departing too early, which made me feel completely misled. A 15km taxi ride would have cost just 33 RMB. Ctrip's hotel page clearly stated that both scheduled shuttles and private car services were available. If you can't provide a service, don't advertise it. 2. **Buffet Dinner:** The buffet dinner is only redeemable once, even for guests who purchased a two-night package. 3. **Shuttle to Tourist Center:** The shuttle service to the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center covers only 2km, a taxi for which would cost the minimum fare of 10 RMB. 4. **Petting Zoo:** The "petting zoo" consists of two deer. You need to buy feed to interact with them, and this facility is accessible to all hotel guests, not just package holders. 5. **Travel Photography:** The travel photography benefit includes a free trial of two outfits, with no other services provided.

The hotel is very close to the transfer center for Changbai Mountain's West Slope Sky Lake, just a 5-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk. The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it operates on a limited schedule. During my visit, the shuttle departed at 9:00 AM and returned at 4:00 PM. If you purchase an earlier entry ticket for the scenic area, you can take advantage of the shuttle for your round trip, saving 40 yuan, which is quite a good deal.

Pros: The hotel's setting is lovely, and the service is excellent. Cons: Staff seemed inexperienced, and there were too few people handling check-ins, possibly due to consistently low occupancy. The hotel itself isn't particularly interesting, but there are many activities and excursions available; the ginseng digging was a good experience. The rafting trip was too long and felt too primitive and desolate. You absolutely need a car to stay here.

It was a really late minute experience due to the cancellation of another hotel, we were left with no choice but to rebook PULLMAN at the very last minute. Had to say their service was good, way above expectations.

Amazing view! It has been absolutely amazing stay. Pullman is the best hotel around and has comprehensive facilities and services. Manager 刘云飞 has been taking care of us during our stay and helped us throughout. Definitely come back.

Beautiful resorts. Excellent services. Super friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Fly Liu and Anna at the reception, we checkin late, and they provided us with lots of info. Sending us a reminder for ski sections and hotspring sections. Also, help us book a car for long distances drive. Dinner and breakfast buffets were awesome. Chefs were making freshly cooked noodles and pasta of your choices. Lots of variety. We love it! Will definitely stay here and recommend it to our friends.

Plenty of activities which are included. Excellent service. Would recommend anyone who want to visit Changbaishan.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to try skiing or snowboarding and just have a relaxing getaway. I liked the location, it was not right next to the slopes so it was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel provided the transfer to the slopes or helped getting the taxi (it’s about 15 mins drive). The hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Anna who was very kind and helped with everything I needed!
